Hmm...I can think of a number of things that Iliira (a dark elf thief raised by humans, CG) WANTS, but in all honesty if she was given the chance to have her deepest desire? Probably to be transformed into a human, so that she can go out in public without having to deal with people hating her on sight, and so that she stops aging slower than everyone she knows.

My neutral evil Necromancer? Well, his primarily goal is getting back on the asshole town and academy that kicked him out. Of course, he was kicked out because he was a slobbish, lazy asshole, that while admittedly smart, was kicked out almost entirely because of his own actions.

If he would drink it? Yeah, absolutely. He hates work, and if all he had to do was drink a potion, and get his deepest desire, than'd be all down for it.

What it would do though? That depends. He isn't very ambitious, so it may just set it up so that he never fails at anything, and so that he is constantly praised.

Magical realm version though, has it transform him into the pampered daughter of a absurdly rich and powerful king, so that she can all of her whims and wants be attended to, while also being loved unconditionally by everyone.
