Warpriest could have easily been archetypes for paladin or inquisitor, but made to pad out a book with a ton of new classes, and avoid PFS screeching that paladin gets spells.
Magus has plenty of issues that we've discussed at length here.
The psychic classes range from utter shit like the 1pp kineticist, to a reskined sorcerer, to a "it's totally not a bard" and they all get shit for 1pp support mostly.
Brawler is boring, because it's shtick got immediately whored out to every fucking matial and doesn't really fix unarmed being ass.

Warpriest is bland in that it's just a Battle Cleric and "Divine Magus +1". Brawler should have gotten updated with UMonk, and should have literally just been "non-lawful monk" instead of whatever the fuck it's supposed to be now.

The only actually bland/totally shit Occult class is the Psychic. Because it is simply a shittier Sorcerer. Kineticist is shit but at least tried something different, to the point people strongarmed the class hard enough to pop content out of the woodwork that "fixes" it.

Magus is... Well, we already had entire threads dedicated to that that amounted to "the base chassis is old and busted, and all its tools got hit with several hammers". Just look at Phantom Blade Spiritualist for an example of how fucked the magus has been.

Shamans and Psychics are considered who cares classes only by people who don't play full casters ever.

The Psychic being able to stomp around in full plate and having different catches to worry about with casting, along with a useful, but funky list and bloodlines makes them a very unique full caster in actual play. If you're willing to be MAD as hell (or build for mentals), the Shaman is the best FF Sage/Mystic Theurge full caster type you can get without a lot of fuckery.

The marginal children of PF are the Slayer, the Hunter, the Brawler, the Ranger, the UnBarb, the Gunslinger, the Samurai, the 1pp Kineticist, the Medium, the Spiritualist and the poor, poor, terrible Swashbuckler.

Really, all the 6 casting hybrids are kind of pants, but I've seen inexplicable love for the Investigator and Warpriest will always have a niche as long as there are "The Paladin Falls" DMs.

Maneuver choice is too much for me to get into, but as far as his ability scores go, there's nothing wrong with those. It's not uncommon for a warder to start with their strength as high as possible instead of their secondaries, then raise their secondaries later. Low levels are tough, and while at high level your INT is the most important stat, you still need to be able to be a big beatstick levels 1-6

Happened once in a game I played with my old group. It wasn't pretty; due to the general incompetence of the local leadership, any gains we made were constantly undercut by losses elsewhere, and we were consistently forced to retreat or risk being cut off. Of course, the jackasses who kept losing would always dump the blame on us because we always survived.

After a particularly disastrous loss caused by forces refusing to share intelligence with each other, the local nobles and leaders gathered in secret to determine how to best surrender, only to suddenly die when the villa they were meeting in was firebombed.

No one has made a real rootin' tootin' gunslingin' cowboy type for WWW.

How best to do it? With PoW on the table it's hard to walk away from maneuvers, so myrmidon fighter looks pretty good due to weapon training if you want to be doing rapid shot/TWF.

Stalker also looks pretty good for expanded crit range on the guns, but the lower BAB hurts if you want to TWF.

They're not as good as either of their parent classes now that URogue is a thing. Hell, they aren't and never were as good a combo Alchemist/Rogue as a straight Vivisectionist Alchemist. They have a bunch of fiddly bits of dubious usefulness and are painful to play until level 4 or 5.

Unchained Rogue is better at single gimmicks, Investigator is still better overall, mostly because Empiricist exists and SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE BASE INVESTIGATOR. I'll give you that it's a fucking janky mess until 4th-5th unless you can convince your GM to houserule the shit out of it, but that doesn't stop it from being better than rogue in an enormous number of situations. Just having Extracts/Spells hello, questioner is a huge boost.

Skill unlocks are practically an afterthought, Debilitating Strike should have just been a flat bonus to attack rolls, and URogue should have had the choice between Fort/Ref and Ref/Will for good saves. Vivesectionist is still generally better than URogue.

The absolute best road trip would start somewhere safe but boring, and gradually get to more and more splendor as you travel.

Ideally, this means starting from Sandpoint to visiting each of the major Varisian city-states, and then heading south to warmer waters and Kintargo (don't stay long in Nidal, that's bat country.)

From Kintargo, head south to Westcrown and take the coastal roads through to Andoran, where you must visit Augustana and Almas. From there, go to Cassomir in Taldor, and then Oppara... Where you have a choice; head north to Druma, or take a ship to Absalom and finish your trip at the Starstone Cathedral.
