The foil Toon Mermaid looks fantastic in colors though.
Plus nostalgia from it being from the Magic Ruler days tbqh.
Toon Buster Blader and Toon Cannon Soldier are the only Toons I dislike.

The card art may be shitty, but makes up for it. Being able to special summon her without tributes makes it easier to normal summon red eyes or dark magician. I currently run 2.
