I'm just going to say that while I think some of the "Gatewatching costuming" for the Amonkhet plane is ridiculous (see: Liliana, she should really be wearing something lighter, looser, and perhaps more diaphanous/less clothing, as much as it would make the SJWs rage), I can appreciate that Gideon at least made a vague attempt to TRY and blend in a bit with that artwork.

Chandra's reasoning is stupid. Liliana's acting purely out of fear. Nissa doesn't know. Jace is probably the most reasonable argument of them all, because he's 100% right. Bolas is smarter than them, stronger than them, and has more experience than them. The more they wait, the worse it'll be. I think Ajani is right that they should get allies and plan, but Jace does have a reasonable point.

Assuming Bolas doesn't just smack Tezzeret's shit for annoying him in his summer vacation plane and ignore the warnings.

Like, if you're gonna have an emotional and conflicted and tumultuous character, cool. That's great. You want to create someone who's the avatar of red, alright.

That's a terrifying thought. The first planeswalk is always free and sends you to a random plane. If he knows enough about the Spark to be able to control somebody's planeswalking ability, it doesn't bode well.

Although, Tezzeret was able to invent a device that allowed him to pull somebody back from the Blind Eternities if he was fast enough on the draw when they escaped. It's not entirely unprecedented.

If I had any guess, the gods might be actually truly benevolent. They're as worshipful of Bolas as the people are. They don't know that their dad travels the multiverse doing convoluted planning stuff.

They might be well and truly good gods, Gideon seemed to go on about how different they seemed from the Theros gods. Less capricious and self centered, these guys are involved and save people from the desert and whatnot. If you have to hungergame your way past them to get to meet their god they must be good people.

Dude Egyptian mythology is a fucking mess. They've got like 1,000 years of revisions going, and with each Pharaoh being tied to the pantheon politics got involved, and that's never good.
