She punched right through a god so hard that she exposed his divine essence which she seized for herself to become the Goddess of Might. The most visible external sign of this is her growing an extra 3 feet, likely over a period of time instead of all at once. There hasn't been a session since then so the effects and reactions haven't been explored and her party doesn't even know what's happened yet as they are currently miles away. They probably don't even know she's become the leader of the group of magic terrorists we were clashing with or the Queen of the nation they were in, let alone that she's now a crazy tall god.

She was originally going to grow to 15' but the GM ruled that would just be to inconvenient considering the low doorways and ceilings of the world, probably a good call

Good portion of them, actually. It's about a fifty/fifty split on characters as far as gender is concerned, and most of them of either gender are above 6ft, I just like playing big guys. Might as well share the two characters I think fit the thread topic best.

This one was from a campaign that just finished.. Half-elf I know, the ears, DM was pretty adamant about elves in-setting having WoW-tier ears life cleric, 6'4", 16 Str. Was an army medic, later sergeant for the high elf nation, who were not-so-subtly based on Nazi Germany, so of course that meant the requisite dress uniform, as well as, you know, being super-aryan.

Was pretty much Team Mom / party moral compass, as life clerics tend to be. Actually played a part in making her nation a little less xenophobic; partly by proving herself capable despite being a "half-breed", but mostly because she played a large role in deposing the fuhrer, and installing his more moderate son, her half-brother, in his place.

One thing for certain, she was really fucking hard to kill. Firstly because of all the extra heals from being a life cleric provided; second, the suit of adamantine plate she obtained early in the campaign. But the biggest reason, and I'm still not completely sure why he let me keep it, was a ring of regeneration she got off a boss that healed 5 hp at the beginning of each of her turns. Pretty much meant she would always be at full health for a fight, and would be up at five every time she started a turn at zero. Only died twice in the entire campaign, both times to demon lords, one of them being the final boss.

Allegedly, she’s a dragonborn, but that’s if you’re willing to consider a yuan-ti as human. Rolled phenomenally well for this one; Strength is actually her dump stat, but still ended up at a 15 due to DRAGONBORN STRONK and the fact that her father might actually be a Great Old One, the Father of Serpents himself. This, combined with the fact her draconic ancestry is green, puts her at an easy 7’6”. The 18 I rolled went into Con for those sweet, sweet HPs, not to mention for a higher breath weapon DC and Con saves. Add that together with a 16 Dex and 3 natural armor makes her unnaturally durable for a back –rank caster who wears no armor. As far as class is concerned, she’s a Draconic Sorceress (green) multiclassed with Great Old One Warlock, with her “father” as her patron. Fights mostly by slinging Eldritch Blasts that look like shadowy serpents, but if things get too close, Poison Spray fluffed as spitting venom and a pretty nasty venomous bite as well. Down the road, Fireball, Cloudkill, and Polymorphing herself into increasingly larger snakes will be added in.
Story so far is she fell in with a paladin and a cleric who are investigating the Cult of the Yellow Sign, joining them after receiving a vision of dire future events while living as a hedge witch in a cabin in the middle of the woods. They know what she really is, but most people see her as just another human due to, in true serpent man fashion, liberal use of Disguise and Alter Self. Eventually, I’m going to put enough points in this to where she can pretty much flawlessly impersonate people with these spells so that we may infiltrate the cult deeper to find out how best to thwart their plans of summoning the Yellow King.

I did technically have one (the game is on hiatus), but I'm not actually a GTS fetishist and worried a bit that it would be taken that way.
It wasn't the focus of the character, but it did have some relevance because it's basically the result of her subconscious choosing what to do with her powers.
She was my attempt at making a Kindred of the East character who wasn't "perfect Asian mystic beauty" or "perfect Asian wizened wise man" - a good-for-nothing who hopped on the "geek girl" train to get friends for free because she never understood the idea that getting friends is a matter of changing oneself for the better instead of just paying lip service to others. Fundamentally, she's a selfish, greedy and vengeful person who still has decent parts, but is too prone to bearing grudges and getting resentful to ever really fix her bad ones.
She died in a drunken accident/suicide after her trip to Japan to "discover herself" failed through all fault of her own, but never really wanted to die and managed to claw her way back from Hell so she could put the blame on someone else.
Among her powers (for the two guys who ever played KotE, she's a South-facing Yin-aspected Devil-Tiger), are invisibility, Demon-fueled raw physical superiority and speed, and of course the ability to grow a good five feet in height and two in width, becoming a ten-foot winged grey-skinned demon monstrosity wielding an oversized greatsword.
In a way, I guess she'd fuel GTS and vore fetishists' magical realms - in addition to being a vampire who can eat human flesh for nourishment as well, she follows a philosophy that's basically about accepting that you're a monster because the only people who can know, stalk and kill the real monsters out there are the ones who're just as fucked up, playing on that "drunk on power" dynamic that they seem to like (and she's fucking drunk on it, make no mistake).
I don't think there are many people who get off to high-school revenge fantasies, though.

I felt like making an assholish character, so I made her backstory as a perpetually grumpy homeless, teaching herself wizard magic only using an old spellbook, shanking uppity bitches in back alleys, and being denied entry into The Setting Wizarding Academy. I've run a couple of taller characters before. In 3.5e, I played an 8' Lesbian Cleric of Hieroneous and then created the ultimate hammer, Gaston, and used it to defeat Hieroneous' sworn enemy Hextor in single combat, ascending to take his throne on the pantheon as a war goddess.

The core premise of the stock campaign was a swimsuit contest, so size didn't mean as much as general appearance and presentation.

The other members of my party were a mage looking to use the prize money for research and a noblewoman that just wanted to be told by as many people as possible that she was the prettiest flower. I actually find it easier to roleplay as a female character. With male characters the personality has a tendency to gradually slide into just being a self-insert. Playing a non-standard race also helps with this.
