That looks like a really good way to cut your own brachial artery.
>>52333085
Wait, how does that even work? Why is the mag in the front? What's up with that ejection port? Is it partially open or is there just this huge gap there? Why those metal rings? Is it for some kind of strengthening? They look uncomfortable if you don't have exactly the fingers it was made for.
>>52333141
That's not a revolver, it's the revolvest.

Yep. Also, its optional accessories include a stock and a "silencer" (that's probably a suppressor though).
British experimental bullpup from the 50's. I love the retro-future aesthetic. Wood and polymer, that's what it's all about.
>>52333553
>and a "silencer" (that's probably a suppressor though).
Literally the same thing.
>but suppressors aren't silent!
Everyone knows. Nobody cares.
>>52333580
Most western sources I know used that distinction. Russian ones didn't.
>>52333595
There's no distinction to make, silencer is the original term and is interchangeable with suppressor.
It's not like clip and magazine where they're two different things being confused for eachother.
It's a good thing my players haven't heard about this weapon, or else they'd try to invent it in our campaign.
There is a disturbing lack of pump-action grenade launchers in this thread.

super short 1 inch barrel, with reverse feeding bullpup style mag claw. entire grip is purely for grip. seems the gun can be punched with, or just held onto very firmly indicating some sort of immense recoil from the tiny ass barrel.
>>52334020
You reverse image searched it, saw the word "China" and just went from there, didn't you?
My heart will always lie with basket-hilted broadswords.
>>52333219
It's an actual gun that's been cut down and fagged up for some reason. In its factory fresh configuration, it's a short barreled submachinegun. The magazine sits in front of the grip because it houses a recoil-dampening bolt carrier system that angles the bolt downward after firing in order to reduce muzzle climb.
I've always wanted one of these despite them being a coinflip of either "works great out of the box" or "plastic garbage".
This thing is also pretty neat, but I doubt I'll ever own one. And even if I did the ammo is probably stupid expensive.
What I've always wanted, but no DM has ever let me use, is a revolver gun focus that lets me store cantrips into bullet casings. If only so I can eventually kidnap an enemy and make them tell us what we want with some fucking Revolver Ocelot "I've got six shots" shit. Five loaded with blanks, one with Acid Splash, or Eldritch Blast.
I like over/under sawnoffs but don't care for side by side ones. Don't know why.

Little Baghdad is a neighborhood of no more than six blocks, nestled between MegaFreeway 19 and Peace Arcology. A quaint place, with market stalls lining the streets, the usual city stench drowned out by exotic spices and perfumes.
Despite appearances, these few blocks are the source of 90% of guns in the city. See, a few decades ago, Congress passed a bill requiring all firearms be made with integrated computer systems. There's biometric locks, GPS trackers, they can even shut it down remotely and make it impossible to fire. Not an ideal choice for guys like us.
"But wait," You ask, "What about all the old non-computerized guns out there?" Three words: Aggressive buyback program. You could turn in your AR for half its value, or have your door kicked in by ATFL agents. The illegal ones were hoarded by the big gangs, and to this day, you can still find some West Side toughguy toting around a Glock twice as old as him.
About the only guns spared are antiques from 1930 and earlier, along with the odd deactivated machine gun in a museum.
As you can imagine, the cottage industry flourished. Every drekhead with a lathe starts churning out shooter after shooter, and whaddya know? It's all shit! You ever wonder why so many oldtimers are missing fingers? The safest place to be is directly in front of those things.
Eventually, though, some really nice guns started coming in. And who made them? The same guys who've been copying old Brit and commie guns for the past two hundred years! A little rough, sure; They can't exactly run a polymer factory in their basements, but given a little scrap titanium and they can make a mean little shooter. The economy around here depends on the gun trade.
Now, anyway, my man Haziz has some new hardware, fresh off the presses. What're you interested in? Pistol? SMG? I can get you a shotgun if you want, but the shells are a little pricey due to that plastic-eating parasite that's been going around. Yo Haz!

ARES has an article on the Tactical Tuna in PLO service. TLDR, they came from the lot that got shipped to Kadafi before the um, recent unpleasantness and got run to the PLO through the Mohamaedan Militant express. There are likely only four in PLO service and just make their way into marches and propaganda photos because they are cool and striking.

>They're sometimes marketed as standoff devices; in pistols with a floating barrel, it's ostensibly so that it'll cycle properly even if you have the barrel pressed into a solid surface.
To expand a little:
For a pistol to fire, all components have to be in their right place
But (on most autoloaders) the slide goes all the way along the barrel to the front of the pistol
So if you push your pistol into somebody, they push back on the slide
Which can then slide right out of battery, preventing the pistol from firing correctly.
It's theoretically possible, I guess. I've never heard of it actually happening to anybody.
