OP here I have heard of DDM just cant find 3.5 rules if any exist

D&D miniatures rules. Direct translation from 3.5 to tabletop skirmish game. I'm pretty sure you can find rules and stat cards online.

Not optimal but I think yes. There also exists DDM handbook which might have some conversion rules from 3.5 to DDM

Undeworld Fantasy Skirmish is literally D&D parties fighting each other.
Song of Blades and Heroes, Frostgrave and Dragon Rampant might all be of interest too, skirmish games using generic minis.
