I love settings such as the one depicted in Blame! and related work, and with playing large amounts of NieR Automata, once again my love for androids and robots is revitalized.
What's a good, easy system to capture the feel of playing a "I'm a robot, not a human" game? Engine Heart is nice but doesn't fit the feel in my opinion, Eclipse Phase is cool but not quite the same feel either.
GURPS is bland.

BLAM! the RPG works pretty well for it.

I've tried it several times, I'd rather see it actually finished and polished.

I kept an eye on it for some time, how did it come along? Did it come to any playable state?

according to the group that play-tested it it was playable, but still had some pretty worky bits. and none of the monster manual, or hacking got tested seriously.
I had a nice job where I oversaw automated processes a lot with a controlling computer. so I could work on Lost Source and my BloodBrew almost continuously and on the clock.
company was crashing and I've spent more of my time on cheap entertainment and job hunting

Seconded

it's very flexible, but as it is with all narrative systems it will depend on the players.

What makes it different from just using ORE?
