Now that I think of it, if Vampires weren't so egotistical and riddled with god complexes, they would make great chaos servants for all the gods except Nurgle.

Slaanesh - wealth, perversion, obsession, chasing perfection

Not exactly. Kharn is not some raving lunatic, he is the avatar of Khorne, and he follows the Eightfold Path to the letter while punishing those who deviate from it. He attacked the World Eaters because:

1) They made a truce with the servants of Slaneesh.
2) Said truce involved temporarily allowing them to escape.
3) They retreated (due the elements, but still).
4) All of this after halting sacred battle to NEGOTIATE with the enemy.

Read Chosen of Khorne by Anthony Reynolds. After these events Kharn proceeded to hunt down every single World Eater captain that was present in Skalathrax all over the Eye of Terror. He does this in a very mystic, ritualized manner, spouting Khornate philosophy all the time.

I would say I it's neck and neck between Slaanesh and Nurgle, but if I have to choose then it is Father Plague. I have a major adoration for Chaos as a whole, but Nurgle is so much a part of my life philosophy already. I'm pretty happy with what I got, take things as they come, and am usually the nuisance advising people not to get so upset about things they can't change. I don't think I would mind entering into the embrace of everlasting death, if it meant pure acceptance of reality.

That said, who has any ideas to reconcile a Nurglite Black Crusade, or for that matter any Nurgle force going on a conquest? Like, as the force of universal stagnation, I am coming up nill on motivation to actually get shat done

Actually, got a question that I reckon this thread might be a good place to discuss. Former hypothetical Fantasy army, now current hypothetical Smegmar army. Essentially just wondering what if any Chaos god to devote them to.

They're the soldiers of an oligarchy rising out of the fiery hellscape of Aqshy, the sprawling metropolis built around and over volcanic furnaces rumored to have been built by Grungni himself. Masters of blackpowder and engineering, their artificial defenses and the city's natural defenses kept the waves of Chaos at bay though the city's allegiance to Sigmar waned in his absence and slowly theologians began to give praise instead to artifice itself. Their patron was simply a mask for Chaos, however, as the city continued to produce instruments of war and carnage. Dark sorcery, crazed brilliance, and warpfire forges gave a horrific semblance of life to daemon-engines down in the searing foundries.

I'm leaning towards Undivided, but open to other options and ideas. They have the discipline drill and love of making war-machines that tips towards Khorne, they've the pursuit of excellence in artifice that draws towards Slaanesh, etc. Undivided, give 'em a patron, or some other warp entity?
