I DM a Super Mario RPG campaign on the side for funsies, using that one ruleset on 1d4chan. Usually just about anything goes as a character, as long as it's at least tangentially related to Mario. As it was announced early last December, it was probably inevitable someone would attempt a fleetingly topical Donald Trump reference. Lo and behold, one of my players wished to play as an orange Kremling from the Northern Kremisphere that wanted to #MakeKremQuayGreatAgain by deporting the kongs. Hell, the guy even went so far as to make an in in-character Twitter out of game. He even tweets mid-game during important events like the real Trump! Perhaps it's the low hanging fruit, but I fucking love it and my friend does it well.
Thus, Ronald Klump was born. Mostly just referred to as Klump.
Now you may have heard of recent stories about a controvercial new Snoop Dogg song. By some sheer freak of a coincidence or /pol/-tier meme magic, Snoop also used "Ronald Klump" for his Trump stand-in. One of my other players noted to me that he had to do a double take when he saw in a headline "Snoop Dogg shoots Ronald Klump". Needless to say, it's giving us a giggle, Klump's player in particular.
What do you guys think? Is a Snoop Kong encounter in order here?

The project is awesome, though I don't think the system has any big balance problems. I think if you reboot it, you'd have to come up with an interesting new feature or idea to go about it. Mostly I think that could come with supplemental systems that are fun. Though I think the existing leveling system is ass, though.

used to look like pic related once upon a different campaign. Anything you practice long enough, you'll get good at. In fact, what you have right there exhibits plenty of potential right there. I don't see what's wrong with it.
