Some of the academics in the setting question whether gods actually matter, since divine magic works pretty much exactly the same no matter who you claim to get it from.

You shouldn't assume any given monster exists in this world, let alone as a studied ecosystem with the exception of dragons. The Miasma causes random transformations, mostly far away from the cities of humans. But, Hags and Fae would be the spawn of Titania, be wary of them.

I haven't yet, but I know of it's existence. I have also seen several shows that have multiple protagonist riders, but to insinuate that they are constantly working together in a group of 4-5 is incorrect. Especially since what I know about Ryuki, it's mostly about them fighting each other.

Even the currently running show, Ex-Aid, has like 3-4 protagonist Riders, but one is still very much the "Main Rider", and you can count the times they've all worked hand in hand on like 3 fingers.

I don't know many DMs that would want to have distinct things going on for each character that just happen to intersect a lot in the same way.

And that's assuming all the players are being Henshin Heroes.

Problem with the guide is that while it rates individual options, it doesn't (unless I missed something) give you much in the way of advice in how to combine the multiclass, or any example builds, or any explanation of how effective this can be if built well.

At that point you're not really playing a level 1 though, you're playing a level 20 with the box filled in with the incorrect number.

It's not the fact that it says "1", it's the connotation as to what that means in the greater holistic system of 3.X. At level 1, pretty much everyone is stuck suffering from a lack of options and survivability. A longsword can kill any spellcaster with a lucky HIT (not even a crit, but just rolling a 6 with a 14 STR character), even wizards and clerics have almost nothing up their sleeves if they chose a spell that doesn't work with the current mission, and you don't have the money to afford utility or lifesaver items like a CLW potion on top of your weapons and armor.

I'd through 3rd-level in there too; most classes have their major upgrades at that point (2nd-level spells, Channel Energy, Sneak Attack, etc), and finally everyone's got at least 2 feats so that most builds can at least start showing up (Weapon Finesse + Deadly Agility, Power Attack + Furious Focus, Spell Focus + <insert feat for school of magic you're specializing in>, etc.).
