When they went back and errata'd all of the necessary lords to also be the type of creature they are the lord of in the big creature migration w.e the fuck they didn't errata anything mechanical that could change the card like p/t. Lavish hasn't the unfortunate mistake of already having her bonus count as applying to her in her base p/t and would need 3 additional creature types on her line in order to make the phrasing "All other..." make sense. There are 18 released duel decks right now which give us 36 separate decks. 9 out of them have other colors than their face-card which is 25%. If we pick only decks with monocolored face-cards (30) we have even a little bit higher count (8) which give us 26,6%. So yeah, it's not majority but still enough to don't say "it will be monocolored" without a source
