Not exactly hobby paint, but once, when I was drunk sketching, I grabbed my inkpot instead of shot glass, didn't realize it until I had drank almost ¾ of it.

My teeth and gums were immediately dyed black, the taste wasn't too repulsive, kinda like soy sauce without any salt.

Over the next few days, my poop was black, progressively getting less dark as the pigments exited my body.

The thing I regretted the most is that the ink was actually quite expensive, and I simply wasted most of it in a few seconds.

I use an opaque water bottle to keep water to clean my brushes while I paint, I also happen to keep a water bottle for actual drinking. Once got them mixed up fairly far into some painting and drank quite a bit before I realized what water I was drinking. Didn't do anything probably because it was at most like 2% of a pot of paint and heavily diluted but wasn't pleasant.
