I'd guess prime black, twin thin coats of WAAAGH! Flesh, followed by a wash of Biel-Tan Green, followed by a layer of Warboss Green and highlighted with Moot Green.

thats what i do, but this seems darker than that. Perhaps biel tan again at the end?

Maybe, though I think those high lights are a bit bright for being washed.
Experiment anyway, you might like the new affect more.

Just add more thin coats until it looks good

I have a "how to paint" savage orcs in a white dwarf somewhere from when they were released. I'll see what I can find

I can't find the particular issue right now and I think it's in the loft. I'll have a look tomorrow morning as everyone is asleep now. I am sorry though, might be worth looking in some of the mega troves for guides.
