Daily reminder somebody actually wrote a song about Piss Bomber anon:

He was just a rookie hunter when the Culling season came.
A few kills under the belt and already dreaming of fame.
He bid farewell one last time before heading out the door.
He ain't gonna hunt no more.

"Is everybody ready?" shouted the Master of the Hunt.
Our hero feebly answered, "Yes", standing tall on the front.
He felt the aether whisk him through the static of the veil.
And he ain't gonna hunt no more.

He tracked so long, he tracked so hard, he stalked for helpless human prey.
He braved the wind, he braved the cold, he tread all night and day.
Unaware of the silk line that snapped beneath his legs.
And he ain't gonna hunt no more.

The warhead bored through his crotch, imploding off his dome.
Cratering the dirt and mud, scattered his flesh and bones.
He was shattered and in tears, the scent of piss filled the air.
And he ain't gonna hunt no more.

The days he lived and loved and laughed kept running through his mind.
He thought about the monster waifu, the one he left behind.
He thought about the rapists and wondered what they'd find.
And he ain't gonna hunt no more.

The roaming gangs was on the spot, the curs were running wild.
The rapists jumped and screamed with glee, rolled up their sleeves and smiled.
For it had been a week or so since last a prey did succumb.
And he ain't gonna hunt no more.

He picked what remained of himself, raised his blade to the sky.
His killers they were heard to say, "A helluva way to die."
He stood there barely holding in the flood of guts and gore.
And he ain't gonna hunt no more.

The ground was stained with blood, gleaming red upon the evening sun.
Intestines were dangling from the trees 'fore it was done.
And his whispered final words were, "Fuck you piss bomber anon".
And he ain't gonna hunt no more.

And then they have no backstory, and can't be used for world building?

Only Time I can remember seeing that (>>52004168), it is never used.
I don't think the majority agree with you. I would not use that system.

Lancelot is LITERALLY the self-insert of a French knight who was in jail for being a piece of shit that he put in so he could masturbate to cucking an English hero. Lancelot is such a fucking French invention. He's from France, he fucks over the English, he lets them live out their cuck and cucking fantasies, he gets to pretend to be suave and romantic and tragic, and literally everyone sucks his dick despite him never earning it. Just don't use that piece of shit, most of what you know about King Arthur had already solidified by the time Mallory wrote his shit, he just put it in a book and added the cucking knight.

>Abandoned Factory (somewhere barren and inland) [-2]
>Toolkit, Shovel [-6]
>Mage, Doctor (both female bisexuals :D) [-12]
>Forgotten Ones, Poacher, Abominations, Creepers [0]

This is a bit of a risky build as I am relying on playing some of my enemies against each other. The factory's inhospitable location and Scarce island bane should make it hard for the Poacher to find food. The Doctor might be able to convince him to off some of those awful fish people (who are exhausted from the trek inland anyway) and any of the abominations/creepers not caught in our many traps. If the Poacher becomes too strong off this heart diet we can poison the meat or weave a curse on all consumers of monster flesh (something something law of contagion?).

I'm torn on whether to leave when the 10-20 years are up. On the one hand there is so much to study on the island, on the other I have a duty to share my knowledge with the rest of humanity.

As I understand it, this is how it works. If you don't choose the option to get secrets, what you see is what you get. If you do, you roll to get one set of secrets, that set being the actually existing facts of the world; all others were never true. If you choose the shrine benefit, you metaphysically realize these are the possible sets of what's true about the world and you get to choose which is true.

Basically, it's a multiverse, and the luck benefit can retroactively assign you to one of the possible worlds.

No, if one is easier than the other, then it's easier in some respect. It doesn't mean that it's superior, and it's very often the case that harder things are superior in most ways, unless you're a failure incapable of toughing through a little difficulty.
>>
>>52012448
>Guys win out? Anon just said guys would rather be girls than guys?
Yeah, I know. That anon was me. You're mistaking me here. Women having it easier because society says so and that's why guys would want to be them. Without their vagina though women are objectively worthless when compared to men. That's all they got. Society not taking the step to get rid of women with artificial wombs is all that is stoping women from going bye bye because men can do almost literally everything women can do but better.

An easier life does not mean they're superior.

People are honest here. You can rephrase "women bring reproduction to the table while men do all the tough work", and it's true in a neolithic sort of way. Who's keeping that the case? Not the feminists, certainly. The feminists say that men and their gender expression are policed as well; in a way obviously different from women, and in a way that confers a certain kind of status (and they'll acknowledge that women receive status as well, but only when they tack gender roles e.g. that of the mother or the caregiver; it's the carrot that society uses to circumscribe women and men into their respective social roles), but at the penalties of being confined to that gender identity and of being ostracized if you don't perform that gender role.

Even the whole "little girl" thing hints at this. It's not women qua women who get the boons of society; it's only innocent, naive girls who are ultimately fetishized as lacking authority, responsibility, and therefore blame. Consider that in most "little girl" jokes, stay the little girl; actually becoming a woman is a step too far.

>>52012409
Getting closer to equality today is good, but that's always at threat when there are those who would want to roll it all back so that women are only for making food and making babies. It's still unequal, I would think, if there are those who think that the only value women have is in their ability to give birth and would therefore restrict their ability to be equal individuals in society.

>Who's keeping that the case? Not the feminists, certainly.
The feminists are. You're doing that thing where you're cherry picking some small part of a movement and ignoring what the majority is doing. And most feminists when faced with issues like this would say something stupid like "well, who cares about me, this is feminism, they should get their own movement."

Which is a fair thing to say, you know. Saying that feminism is a movement for the equality of both genders is ridiculous when the word itself is already showing sexist bias.

Do men face problems? Certainly. For example, we hear all the time about some men are seeing their lifespans decline from things like drugs, alcohol, and suicide; shit's hard out there. And a lot of the time it's because people see these problems as self-caused and therefore are victims of their own moral failings, so they're not inclined to help; the fact that the world is shitty doesn't engender any sympathy. I saw this all the time when I did social work, and even a lot the men that came in to ask for assistance believed this about themselves. Their inability to achieve certain prescribed and circumscribed gender roles in a society that once holds them up (become a self-made man! be a breadwinner!) while undercutting the material conditions that you are supposedly supposed to achieve them with (your job, if you can get it, is de-skilled by technology if it's not destroyed completely by the insatiable drive for profit) is put entirely on these men by a society that defines people by their gender.

Do there need to be services reaching out to these men? Absolutely. But it both shouldn't and needn't be at the expense of women. In fact, it's through women's issues that we can highlight men's issues. Facing the issue of work discrimination means stronger defenses for all workers against bosses who are looking for any excuse to kick you out and bring up their bottom line. The same people who would downplay the sexual abuse of women are generally those who refuse to believe that men can be abused at all; making those things political should bring both abused women and men into the open as survivors, and already has. The people who talk about how gender roles constrain, restrict, and harm are saying that about all gender roles; they do this against the people who think that not fulfilling your gender roles, masculine or feminine, is moral failure and that those who do not conform to those gender roles themselves are failures.

We can do better.

>>
>>52013039
No, not the feminists. Maybe you can blame some feminists for limiting their work; that might be an issue of priority. But the things that feminists want is something that benefits both women and men and women. I hear a lot about how this isn't about "equality" anymore. Well, though I think we're not even there yet, equality of the sexes in a society that is substantively unequal and damning to the vast majority of both sexes for the benefit of the very few is simply not good enough. There's better than this.

Oh look a bunch of blaber that has nothing to do with the present reality or the historical one.

Feminism is a movement made by early 20th century industrialists and capitalists to get women in the workforce so as to increase production output as well as demand. It was then further used by communists and socialists for the same purpose in the mid 20th century but also to help degrade the family unit in marxist cases.

Feminism has been proven wrong by the simple fact that women are worst of in the work place, being more unhappy, less productive, willingly working less. Not to mention other things like fighting marriage and sexual revolution associated with feminism have made women even more miserable.

Seems like your picture describes one kind of equality, but not another. Certainly they were all given the same, but what does that mean when they start out from a fundamentally unequal place? If you would simply prefer that I use the word "equity"--then, sure, why not? I want equity.

Furthermore, what we are doing to make strides is to correct that fundamental inequality. It wasn't a natural decision to keep women down, but a social and historical one, that can and should be corrected.

Are there capitalist wings of feminism? Certainly. Just look at Lean In or whatever it is. But then there has always been a feminism of working women. What do you call socialist feminism?

You should consider that women have always worked; the modern separation of work and home, and that women belong in the home, is just that--modern, brought on by the evolution of capitalism. Then women still worked; textile piece-work was one of the ways in which, in the US, capitalism spread west, a way to work dispersed populations and low concentrations of capital investment. Then in the east, there were the Lowell Mills, exemplars of the height of capitalist industrial development--and staffed by women, the Lowell Girls.

Not all change is evil but all change should be scrutinized. If there is no reason for something, if the alternative is factually by numbers better, and it is, you do it. Throwing all the shit out of the window giving women all the advantages in the world will still only make them women with the odds stack in their favor while men don't need that. That's the problem. Women don't need to be men. Especially if they have to drag men down to do it.
>>
>>52013371
I dunno, the guy on the left seems to be doing alright even with "equity".

Complicating the system? Seems like systems that have unnecessary inequalities should be fixed. Consider that you say you like "efficiency". First, we would have to ask--efficient for what purpose. Then we should ask whether society as is actually is efficient. For example, take a system in which a certain group can accrue to it status, wealth, and other such benefits; wouldn't they have quite the incentive to make sure that people believe that only they are deserving of such things, that a system of inequality is natural and desirable? The empirics of this society are scarcely ever examined. Critical investigation is always good and I implore you to undertake it.

I did not deny that, I actually started from that point.

> But then there has always been a feminism of working women.

Not really, feminist groups have nearly always been lead or at least funded by men going far back.

>You should consider that women have always worked; the modern separation of work and home, and that women belong in the home, is just that--modern, brought on by the evolution of capitalism.

Women have not always worked tho. Not in the sense of a trade, or hard work. Women would maintain a household and do light work. At most they would be nurses or teachers. There is no such thing as a willing woman lumberjack, glassblower or solider in history. If it ever happened it was out of necessity or because of another reason.

That's because of the industrialists I have been talking about. Though technically I should have not said the 20th century. Since the idea of using automation to allow more working hands, be it women or children goes as far back as mechanization.

Yeah but I am trying to disprove the base tenants of feminism. Meaning that nobody can wiggle out with "that's not my kind of feminism".

You won't ever succeed. Even far less controversial topics have words and concepts in them that nobody can agree on.
>>
>>52013607

>You won't ever succeed.

It's not that hard, we already know man and woman are not the same, anyone who has not failed biology can see that. And recent studies show that women are not happy being career women.

The equal voting part I don't disagree. It's just that I don't think everyone should be allowed to vote. A minimum like paying taxes should be required.

Would you call Lucy Parsons, Emma Goldman, Clara Lemlich, Marry Harris Jones and other such working-class militants and feminists as simply being led by men? And in Europe there were those like Rosa Luxemburg, Sylvia Pankhurst, Alexandra Kollontai.

Women have always worked. In "feudalism" (some people seem to have an aversion to this work, so call it "a mode of production in which the means, of production, principally land tenures, were parceled out based on ties of obligation and loyalty, which were then further parceled out on the basis of the same" if you like), before the separation of work and home, women worked in the same places as men, often because they were in the same family. Did they do different jobs sometimes? Certainly, but that only suggests that the idea of gender roles are old, and obviously does not mean that they never crossed over--even in those times we see women as heads of households all the way up to heads of state. And that there were no women willing to do those roles is patently false; the American Revolution itself had women masquerading as men to be soldiers and women serve as soldiers now, and women are in all sorts of trades today, including as lumberjacks and glassblowers, and always have been.

And I would hardly call those industrialists "feminists". No, they fully expected the women who worked for them to conform to gender roles, to eventually quit and get families. Even in the latter half of the 20th century leading up to today, women are often expected to work for the sake of a family and to quit to take care of them; look at the ads targeted towards women's temporary labor in the 20th century as an example.

Why separate it on the basis of men and women? Why not on some other biological basis?Perhaps only the top quarter of all people in terms of intelligence or strength or whatever should get rights, hmm? It's very convenient that you fall into the right side of the distinction you choose.
>>
>>52013941
Why separate it at all.
>>
>>52013869
Not that anon, but, technically, people just dying and being removed from the gene pool doesn't count as true natural selection. Natural Selection constitutes a natural evolutionary drift over many generations, where less useful or outright detrimental traits are removed from the gene pool by affecting the survival chances of the possessor. And there traits are genetic. Stupidity or stubbornness, as I'm sure many of you have noticed, is behavorial and societal, not genetic. Simply dying doesn't constitute a display of natural selection at work.

All that communism.

>Women have always worked.

No they haven't don't confuse household maintenance with true work. Helping along the farm is not real work, and it was a thing expected by everyone to do, including toddlers.

>Certainly, but that only suggests that the idea of gender roles are old, and obviously does not mean that they never crossed over--even in those times we see women as heads of households all the way up to heads of state.

Gender roles are results of biological imperatives, and are natural. There is a reason for their existence. And you pointing out exceptions doesn't change much. And heck I can bet you that even your exceptions fit in at least the broader scope of that gender role.

>And that there were no women willing to do those roles is patently false; the American Revolution itself had women masquerading as men to be soldiers and women serve as soldiers now, and women are in all sorts of trades today, including as lumberjacks and glassblowers, and always have been.
>Women Soliders
With the exception of partisans they were almost always women seeking glory and worst than men.
>today
>women lumberjacks

That's besides the point because we live in a post feminism world that has pushed women into those jobs.

>No, they fully expected the women who worked for them to conform to, to eventually quit and get families.

Because kids means more workers.

>Why separate it on the basis of men and women? Why not on some other biological basis?Perhaps only the top quarter of all people in terms of intelligence or strength or whatever should get rights, hmm? It's very convenient that you fall into the right side of the distinction you choose.

You seemed to be for male and female six distinction being a criteria for discrimination in society, adversely for women. That, if that is your position, seems highly arbitrary, and if you really wanted to discriminate on the basis of biology, one could even argue that doing it based on intelligence or strength would be less arbitrary. I leave it up to the reader to decide whether or not it is just as reprehensible.

>>52014177
>communists
I named those militants as a counterpoint to your idea that feminism is merely a plot by industrialists.

>not real work
Even though they were often doing the same work as men, you're saying that's not "real work"? Even if, if you want to measure work in terms of effort or something, it was almost certainly more difficult than the same kind of work that is done today? Yet no one calls modern farming solely "women's work".

>biological imperatives...exceptions...
First, the empirics are shaky, and the fact that you have to deal with the "exceptions" the way you do seems to prove my point. So when problems pop up with your conceptions of gender roles, you can conveniently fudge your definition so that it fits in the "broader scope". Perhaps you can fudge it a little bit further, such that there is no distinction at all.

>partisans...glory
So they're either patriots or self-interest es...just like men. Hm. I wonder why motivations matter so much to you here when before you were saying it was just "about the numbers". Do you also dismiss male partisans or glory seekers?

>besides the point
So no evidence will work with you, because from now on you can call women doing anything counter to your gender roles the result of a "post-feminist world" a priori.

>kids...workers
Yes, an excellent reason for capitalists to uphold traditional women's gender roles. Not very feminist.

>I named those militants as a counterpoint to your idea that feminism is merely a plot by industrialists.

I also mentioned feminsm also being taken by the left wing.

>Even though they were often doing the same work as men

No they would not, they would help plant and harvest but stuff like moving hay, taming animals and other heavy work was done by men unless out of necessity they had to do it. Like in times of war.

You never brought on any execption tho. My point still standing. You are more or less just dancing around my point.

And the biology is there, from muscle mass, to how our brain works, to how we grow up and especially what we are good at.

>So they're either patriots or self-interest es...just like men. Hm. I wonder why motivations matter so much to you here when before you were saying it was just "about the numbers". Do you also dismiss male partisans or glory seekers?

Males are expected, and best at being soldiers. So when the call for war comes some men will become front line troops because of patriotism. Women only need to fight if men are unavailable. Any woman that joins front line combat outside of need is a glory hunter.

>So no evidence will work with you, because from now on you can call women doing anything counter to your gender roles the result of a "post-feminist world" a priori.

Because you brought up an example from post feminism world. Again point me to something like a 15th century female miner that was not pressed into work.

>Yes, an excellent reason for capitalists.
No it gives them a reason to back and forth. Have women working but still have them have kids

I disagree with such a right. Though I believe everyone is equal in the face of the law. I don't see discrimination no matter the cause as being something punished by law, especially when done by individuals and not the states.

Also discrimination is a given thing as people are not equal. Seen how women get lesser punishments then men.

Wait, is it your point that feminism is...political?! My god, somebody stop the presses, we have to tell everyone.

>they would not
That's bullshit and you know it. I also find it quite funny you think planting and harvesting is not "heavy work", especially given the lack of technological advancements we have today they would have had at the time.

>my point still standing
Only because you either willfully disregard them or make ad hoc reasons to disregard them. Re: soldiers, female soldiers don't count because their reasons (either too self-sacrificing or too selfish, apparently) were bad! Women who did work don't count because, uh, uh, necessity! And exceptions from the "post-feminist world" don't count because, uh, you say so. Gee, it's almost like the restrictions placed on women from filling these roles historically were never really wanted by women, and now that they're loosening up women are now filling these roles if they like. But, no: it must be a feminist plot in which...they say they want those restrictions to loosen so that they can do what they were restricted from doing.

>back and forth
So if it's making them work, it's a feminist plot. If it's making them quit work so they can have families, it's still a feminist plot. My god, maybe traditional gender roles are also a feminist plot to foist all the hard work on men, and obviously getting rid of those traditional gender roles is also a feminist plot!

>disagree with such a right
Who asked you? The question was brought up because you want society to discriminate adversely on the basis of sex. Again, why not with some other biological basis? Isn't it convenient that you remain in the section of society that won't be discriminated against?

It's not heavy work. I had done it when I was 6.

>Only because you either willfully disregard them or make ad hoc reasons to disregard them. With the exception of female soliders you gave no other examples.

And even my counter to that you are misconstruding it.

>either too self-sacrificing or too selfish, apparently

No I said that only in times of emergency would women ever need to volunteer as soliders, and outside those times all women soliders have been glory hunters. And are worse as soliders do to biology. Since women are weaker and more importantly have a slower reaction time.

I didn't say it was a feminist plot.

You are really bad at understanding my point, it almost feels on purpose.

>Who...

Nobody needed to.
>Adversely

Expand on that. Since discrimination can be good not just bad
>>
>>52015276
Considering that this thread was 99% shitposting and hardly any CYOAing, I think it's perfectly fine to not count this thread.
>>
>>52015247

>Again, why not with some other biological basis? Isn't it convenient that you remain in the section of society that won't be discriminated against?

I believe in the right of self determination of populations as in ethnic groups as well as the right of association. Meaning that I already agree with segregation be it ethnic or racial if a people want that, as well as other forms of discrimination. My only caveat is equal application of the law.

Also what makes you think that sex discrimination won't also have some negative effects on me, or doesn't already?

Though the negatives don't out way the positives. For example women are seen as more social then men, more approachable, more capable of relating with people and understanding emotion. Also in my current society I am expected to help women, but to get over things on my own as much as possible. I don't disagree with any of that.
>>
>>52015365
Imagine that there was a group of people we'll call the Purples. For centuries, the Purples were unable--by law or custom of the society they lived in, or both--to become scientists. Then say that some Purples want to become scientists. You'll point to that long history of Purples never being scientists and say "well, see here, Purples were never scientists, which proves they don't want to be scientists and can't be scientists."

This is literally your whole argument.
>>
>>52015491

>This is literally your whole argument.

No it isn't. At the start of my posts I pointed out that women are less happy in the work places, have more stress, are worse at dealing with it, work less. Showcasing that women are better off outside of the work place.

And history shows it and they had no want to be in the work place up until the groups funded or founded by men popped up.

Your whole argument has been to ignore that and dance around the place for a few hours.

And to add to my original point the reason women are worse in the work place is because of biology. And as biology shows women are not the same as men nor should they act the same.

>women...Workplaces
No, that only shows that, if this is true, that women have work stress. There could be any number of factors at work--like, say, sexism, the pressures to conform to traditional gender roles, receiving less pay, still being asked to be the main caretaker at home.

>history shows it
Purples.

>feminism is funded and led by men
lol

>because of biology
Show the empirics.

>>52015431
I didn't say race, right? Why not make it so that only people with red hair can do it or, if you want to be less arbitrary but probably just as reprehensible, make it only so people who score above a certain percentile in an intelligence test have rights to not face adverse discrimination? Doing it on the basis of man and woman with the claim of "biology" is a crude getaway; if you're serious about the biology part, choose a more rational and less arbitrary biological basis. 'Cause there are obviously a lot of dumbass men.

>I am for discrimination
>and support the equal application of law
lol

>gender roles are oppressive
Yeah, so why hang onto them? Why should women hang onto the ones foisted on them?

With HR deparments and sexism leading to stuff like fines and social isolation on the perpetrators that's a bunch of BS.

>Purples.

I would like to see an argument.

>Show the empirics.

Muscle mass, lack of womb, a better reaction time: Men better at physical stuff. As such men in our species were the fighters. Meaning that they would go gather food and women would sit back and raise the kids. Leading to stuff like women being better at languages for example do to staying back and raising them, as well as taking care of kids. This can be expanded on an on. Like men being better at managing stress and accumulating less of it then women.

> Why not make it so that only people with red hair can do it or, if you want to be less arbitrary but probably just as reprehensible, make it only so people who score above a certain percentile in an intelligence test have rights to not face adverse discrimination?

You are trying to make all biological differences equal, which is dumb. But even as such I don't see it wrong for me to have a company that only hires redheads.

>Yeah, so why hang onto them? Why should women hang onto the ones foisted on them?

They are not oppressive and they are still good. My point was that I don't see them as harsher on women.

I believe it. The bus driver probably only had to be tipped to ignore them getting overly friendly on the bus, and didn't realize that it was non-consensual. Even though it seems obvious from hearing the guy's perspective, if he was being quiet and she spoke to him in a quiet voice, then with the backs of the seats in front blocking the view it would have been very non-obvious especially if you're already avoiding paying too much attention on purpose out of ordinary respect for privacy and utter lack of desire to watch kids fuck while you're driving.
