What are the drugs like in your setting?
They run the gamut from homemade meth cooked up by people with more teeth than weeks left to live to state-of-the-art designer dermal patches custom-made for the user to military-grade performance enhancers and empathy inhibitors.
Hardscifi so they're the same drugs as today, just purer, safer, cheaper and legal.

> This plant grows in fine herb gardens and is regularly used in cooking for its savory flavor. However, when it is crushed and the juice is rubbed into the temples, the user enters a heightened state of awareness. A dose of sufficient strength will knock out a person out cold. The strength of the dose is rated according to the constitution of the person it knocks out, but only the DM knows the exact strength to within 6 points. The KO lasts about 5 minutes, upon awaking, the character begins excitedly telling everyone about the strange dream he had. PC characters are required to roleplay this and tell the whole table the bizarre trip dream they had. If the DM rules that the tale is not sufficiently bizarre, then the character had a bad trip and suffers a 20% penalty to initiative, morale, and attack rolls. 2 bad trips in a row and the character is incapacitated for the rest of the adventure curled up in the fetal position, because we don't want your stupid drugs in our game unless you're going to be somewhat entertaining about it. Substance quantities are rare, hard to find, in many places contraband, and otherwise controlled by the DM, because there's always some stupid fuckface who takes it too far and thinks he's the life of the party when really he's a stinking, universally hated mess.

Why?

Because you can directly correlate how bad a board is by the amount of frogposters it has.
If you really can't find a better picture to use, despite having the entire internet at your disposal, you might be better off just not making the post. It's not like the meme needs more exposure at this point.
