I'm going in completely blind into this riddle, so...

Judging by the riddle AND the filename being "statues" room, you should remove the smile from Orcus' face and put it onto Melora's, and kneel before her.
Also, to turn back on someone is to show him disdain, so it's probably an orientation puzzle.

Basically:
- You should take the smile off Orcus's statue and put it onto Melora's statue.
- You should face Melora's statue and kneel before it.
- You should turn your back to Orcus's statue, meaning Melora's statue is in front of you and Orcus's statue is behind you.
- And you should never turn to Zehir's statue in the process? No clue what this one is about.
