Help me /tg/, i need some non-combat flash encounters based on the environment for a classic D&D campaign. Random tables are also good, but I'm more oriented toward OC knowing that some of you guys are good with it. Party is low/mid level (2-4), enough to come up with magic solutions but currently low on money for components, so they'd probably try to think through traditional survival.
Bumping with landscape art.

>it starts raining fish/sea creatures in increasing size and concentration
>a small cottage appears in the distance regardless of direction travelled, always too far away
>the trees of a certain type all grow parts of a poem/saga in their bark
>all of the birds in an area are migrating as a massive flock from one end of the sky to the other, so loud the characters can't hear each other
>they're travelling across a flood plane but don't know it, occasional hints of large sea creature skeletons in odd places, villages built on very tall piers, then it floods
The adventurers keep passing by the same tree.
The adventurers notice that grass under their feet is in fact green fur, and the ground quivers gently.
Ticking of some unseen mechanism grows louder and louder until it's impossible to ignore.
A wizard in a yellow robe walks in from behind a tree and invites you to his enchanted forest.
The adventurers notice that the forest they see in the distance is in fact masterfully drawn on what appears to be a giant screen.
A magical gate blocks the road that takes everyone's most embarrassing secret as a toll. The secret must be told aloud to the gate.
The characters notice that they're becoming lighter and cover more distance with each step, until the gravity just completely disappears, leaving them hanging in the air.
