Truth. Astra Militarum is a little clunky, and reeks of IP lawyering, but at least it sounds like it's had some effort put in. Aeldari is like the sort of names that a 14-year-old comes up with (Elvii, Dwarvun, etc.) when they're making babby's first fantasy world, so that they can pretend their generic fantasy races aren't generic without actually doing anything to make them distinct.

2d3 S9 hits on the charge, they knocked over a bloodthirster once.

s5 assault 3 guns, pinning blasts aka ghetto assault grenades and rending claws. they're good on paper.
They fucked up a terminator squad once who thought they wouldn't dare charge them but... most of the time they do kinda just draw a shitload of missle/lascannon fire.
They've got a nice 3+ cover save from the venomthropes so they do kinda sometimes survive.

Gaunts never did too much but they're really good in getting in the way of the enemy.

I think the pronunciation depends on context. The English IPA guide says it's like a short A, like in 'pad', but then you see it in words like archæology, where it's more like the long E in 'eel'.

You can train to shoot with either hand, but your dominant eye is going to be dominant regardless and you're always going to shoot better with one hand than the other. In my case, for example, my non-dominant eye struggles to maintain proper focus down the sight, leading to a poor sight picture when I shoot lefty. Not to mention all the other issues with shooting ambidextrously with a gun designed for use with a certain hand.

give the chimerae heavy flamer instead of heavy bolters. they can only fire one weapon when moving anyway. and a heavy flamer can be useful for clearing an objective

i would give the hw squad some weapon, autocannon if you plan to stay behind (they can shoot out of the chimera with it) or some plasma/melta
spilt the sentinels into 3 single. squadron only hurts them because they have to shoot at the same target and share damage etc.

Dedicated transports are the same role as the unit who bought it, don't actually take a slot, and can only start the game with the unit who bought it embarked inside. Therefore if your Marines buy a rhino, that rhino is a troop choice. However, if your Marines die, they're a separate unit than the rhino and therefore not respawn inside another rhino. Likewise, if that rhino dies, you have a chance to spawn another rhino, albeit one that is empty.

Running Skitarii in a Castellans seems like a strange thing to attempt... It seems like it basically encourages you to take Cawl if you want them.

Taking the Incubator Node gives you fewer, but larger, units of spawned gants. Statistically, you get the same amount of bugs either way, it's just a matter of unit size, and bigger is better IMO.
