Magical realm, as far as I understand, is really only for the most blatant examples, where a GM is obviously inserting a fetish into his game - and not a subtle one.

If you use it as a wider example of anything that can be fetishized, just about everything is magical realm...which becomes a problem, because then everything is magical realm. Usually no one minds these little breaches, because a game without anything that could be potentially looked at in a sexual light would be boring. But once you can call out anything as being magical realm, you can selectively go 'this is magical realm!' to anything you don't like. Do you see the problem?

Fennec Fox Sorcerer, a Sloth Bard (who was also apparently raised by whales and thus spoke whale song, which was his performance skill as well), and a Panther Cleric (me). I think there was another character, but Me, the DM, and the Sloth kind of busted out the beers in front of the minors, so I don't remember much.
Other than said panther cleric being introduced to alcohol and going "But does it make the good puke?" and giving medical advice that consisted of "Puke up everything and you'll feel better. You're basically hairless cats, right?"

My pally had their summoned horse, but the Warlock and Fighter were cheap so they never bothered to buy some. Well, at one part we were crunch on time to make it to an encampment, so instead of doing a forced march type deal while I road along in style, the Warlock turned the Fighter into a camel, and proceeded to mount her. Needless to say, it was a hilarious time.

Our wizard had conjuration as an opposed school, so he had a trusty, real world mount to rely on. Clyde was a friend to all the party so we were all pretty upset when he died.

Me and him took a trip to the stables while the party did some other stuff. Salesperson has pretty high prices, wizard complains.

"Well now the price is double, so why don't you just summon your own horse, or better yet, fly there! You're a goddamn wizard aren't you?"

To which he responded "that's a good point, cunt." and turned her into a horse. Despite the fact she's retained her mind and has on multiple occasions tried to kill him, he has yet to change his mind about a)turning her back b)not using her as his mount

A campaign I ran nearly a decade ago had a Minotaur who, due to pissing off a Gnome, got the polymorph treatment into a bull. It involved an odd semi-canon one-shot (since only two players could show up that day) of them traversing through Sigil and the hilarity that ensued.
