Can someone explain to me how to play this?
I mean there are rules that OP give, but there are two set of rules (towers and lewd).
Is there reason to play tower (except for being in public) and lewd is just popular for known reasons or is just better as game.

for one as short as the warhammer gen its as simple as picking your preferred gal, but when it comes to the major towergirls charts, your expected to go from each generation to the next, building up a party/kingdom of princesses that gives some sort of interesting endgame

theres even reward sections and dowries that intersect differently depending on who you pick

aside from all that, the overall setting of the base towergirls game is what draws a lot of people, since its this sort of adventure time esque fantasy area based on the simple concept of "Knight goes to save the princess"

She's a character set to appear in (and currently acting more or less as the mascot of) a UT fangame by the name of Dreemurr Reborn: The End. Not certain if the game will end up in development hell or not, but she appeared to leave enough of an impression to consider including as a Princess for Cameo Gen-UT; the canon source material was a tad shy of creating a really solid 20 Princess base (in terms of overall "waifu"-ness, anyway).

Does anyone else like the Dowry system better than the systems of the other charts?

I feel like it involved the most choice out of all the chart options and is the only system where you could get all the bonuses if you wanted.

It does not force a negative on you like the idols and is not just an one or the other like all charts after.

I guess the only downside is that it takes up cart spaces.

Yeah, I'm stepping away. There are a number of reasons, but I don't want to use the thread as a blog. I admit I'm in a flux of emotions as I type this. It's hard to step down on something you've poured two years of your time, effort, heart, and life into. If you have any questions, though, I'm happy to answer them.

As for my replacement, honestly, if there was anyone I had to hand it to, I'm glad it's Brumus who has decided to take it. I cringe at the fact he uses Paint.Net, as I believe it has a lack of features for the job at hand, but I know his heart is there and I truly wish him the best. Though, I do hope he uses the resources I've provided to fix the text alignment on Gen4. I was about 80% done overhauling it when this discussion was had.

I'd also like to hand out this; a link to a zip folder with all of my work. When I picked up the project, I had nothing but flat images to work from. This made it difficult and is the cause of much of the early inconsistency between cards as I was trying to both create content and set up the platform by which to do it. Thus, I freely distribute this so that future editors and creators will have an easier time than I did. I would like to note, however, that this does not include the Gats original .psd's as he has requested I not share those.

There have been a lot of neat game braking runs of it on infini chan.

Ran Lewd Adventures last night for the SO because I thought it'd be a silly and lighthearted game. It ended up being a game about kobold love triangles and running away with a stygian sphere waifu. They're interested in running it again today to get some dowries or general treasure before moving to gen 2 where I'll introduce them to Stygian Princess.

General review is that Lewd Adventures is a pretty solid game but the book organization is awful and theres no bookmarks in the pdfs. It's also pretty badly engrish'd in some spots and spellcasting is a bit rough if you don't max mind from the start. Spells could use more variety, especially the lust spells. Can't wait to play more rival-princess therapy simulator regardless.

Personally, I'd say that you get the Wealth Bonus now, since you're entering the expansion gen with more wealth.

Looking at the imgur, I can't wait til we go over some of the charts for art and card updates. Especially the rewards; some of them are too easy to get, some are too hard, some outright unavailable if your favorite princess isn't an eligible option, and so on.

Also knights; a lot of them REALLY need better art, either due to blurry lines or incredibly mismatched art.

Here's the secret of why your Stumpy isn't looking write: Gats originally drew everything with a 6pt. Then, to make it small enough for 4chan, he scaled the final product down. All of my templates are made at this smaller size. (Again, I didn't have Gats psd's when I started, so I didn't know this.)

I suggest just drawing them at 6pt and then shrinking them down to fit the template.
