I don't know that I've ever done Grotesque. I've done monstrous and alien, but that seems different. I was thinking I've never played an unattractive female, but I actually have. She was a high charisma character despite her appearance. My concept for the next character I want to play is a high-constitution, female, ex-NotRoman soldier dwarf with a lump of a face, like a mashed-in piece of clay. She'd be all about diligence and NotRoman engineering.

I don't think I ever really participated in a campaign without actually roleplaying, at least not in a game that actually included role-playing.
