We're having a bit of a laugh here, over the idea of a humans getting a feat naturally in D&D, so a baby having a feat upon birth.
What would be the most dangerous or funniest feat for a baby to come out with?

Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Umbilical Cord
For 5e, Magic Initiate.
The cantrips at will would be a mess, but the 1st level spell once a day could easily be the most deadly.
Or, amusing. A baby with Mage Hand and Unseen Servant could be pretty funny, especially because a baby can be carried by the Unseen Servant.

Yep

Escape Artist

Would the baby have high enough wisdom to be able to cast any spells though, even cantrips?

That's a 7th level feat last I checked.

That's a skill dude

DnD has stats for children, I think it's all physical stat decreases. A baby could funnily be born with 11 Wis if he's special(and come on now, look at the OP).

Does 5e still have those casting requirements?

Just pop out with magic initiate and see what happens.
quickdraw, chicken infested (flaw for extra feat), Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Chicken

You could almost say the trait was blood bourne

Skill Focus: Escape Artist?

Distraught Teenager: W-what do you mean it didn't take? Even if he saved it should still deal half damage!
Doctor: Well, we believe the baby may have evasion...
