There is also the GURPS Action series that may or may not interest you, it goes for a more "cinematic" feel but still is fairly grounded.
Read it and decide for yourself if it fits what you are looking for.

Came to post basically this, GURPS is very good for this type of game.
If going full autism, I would also add Martial Arts (for new hit locations/more detailed bleeding rules/MCMAPS-style hand to hand military martial arts and etc.) and Technical Grappling (for full autism grappling, limb wrenching, pins, using someones tacvest loops as handholds and using them as a body shield, whatever).

As previous anon said though, Action series is good for keeping things fast paced and grounded (but still quite cinematic) if that's more the feel you're going for.

I don't frequent /k/, although I do own several firearms. I usually do gritty fantasy, street-level supers or sci-fi stuff with GURPS though, despite recognizing the system's strengths for operators operating operationally, so I don't think I necessarily fit into that particular correlation.
