I think Kromlech or Maximini might have something. Otherwise, just buy hammers, wrenches etc off of the various 40K vehicle kits from ebay and convert, ie: take an Ork wrench, add wire = Power Wrench.

Not related to power weapons, vut if you can get your hands on an old "WFB Chaos foresaken" kit, you'll find its a really useful treasure trove of angry marine bits and daemon bits for when your army reaches the point where your angry marines get so angry they grow extra appendages

Also the forsaken kit has a lot of muscley arms that are within the scale of angry marines (sometimes bigger). A little greenstuff work can get you sleeveless swole baddies. I bought a kit 2 years ago and im not even halfway through all its bits yet

I thought they just released a codex for chaos recently? Look for Codex: Traitor Legions. Not sure if thats the same thing as the codex: chaos space marines. I wish their codex and models reflected how they look in the art

I would actually recomend some grey knights bits. The legs specifically, because they have the writing in them, and some of it can be quite hateful, which i find appropriate for angry marines.
