Khorne Berzerkers are probably still having some sort of butcher's nails implanted, so no, being cut off the warp wouldn't cause them to calm down much if at all.

Well a warp-reliant berserker near a culexus might not really calm it down.
Based of Fall of Cadia, seperation from the Warp is incredibly painful. The more rigged in it you are, the more painful.
So a Khorne Berserker would pretty much be more angry from pain, but be unable to do much as it loses power.
Now a very strong-willed one might be able to hold on and do stuff under pain, but even then it's basically crippling.

could they concievably be split into their mortal form and their accumulated warp presence?

Torn apart. Their whole existence is based on the Warp, and once more based off Fall of Cadia they would quickly either die or go back.
