You're thinking "kyuba no michi", which is not a title, but a description of lifestyle.

"Samurai" is actually not the proper title, but apoetic description, which originate from an epic poem Kokin Wakashu describing the idealized bushi. While many western scholars use the two terms interchangeably, the proper term is strictly bushi.

It goes something like a fisherman finds an incredible large clam shell and thinks he will feast with it, but then he thinks it took lot of years to become that big, so finally he decides to return it to the sea.

Few days later a beatiful woman appears in front of his house. They end marriying.

The woman always prepares a delicious clam soup, the man ask her how she can do a soup so good, then she warns the husband to never ask how she makes it.

OF course one day the husband decided to peek how the woman made such a delicious clam soup. And he finds the woman in the kitcken squatting peeing in the bowl

Then the man mad kicks out the woman.

After being in the shore crying for days, she transforms into a mollusck and returns to the sea.
