I did a teaching game with an anon from South America and we agree that Steamforged might make a killing if thits were translated in spanish. Anyway, after some hiccups with the system (we weren't both using the same vassal module), we had some fun. Insane bad luck for him on dice rolls though.

Posted in the last thread about starting up butchers, got hold of the models yesterday, I mainly play Malifaux and I'd totally forgotten what a bitch it is to clean and prep metal models.

If it's any encouragement, their season 2 & 3 models are much better in terms of assembly and cleaning. The season 1 stuff is a bitch though, yeah.

Realize that Morts do bring good strikers, that what you do for them. Keep an eye out for Obulus' threat. Use Kraken and Jac to control the pitch, and try and finish the game as quick as possible. What exactly kicked your dick?

A tooled up Cosset buried my mascot turn 1 and I was just not able to keep the ball moving forward. Ghast was also a big wall and Scything Blow from Graves was murder. But it was mostly Obulus and my opponent hanging onto obstructions to prevent the pull.

The team I brought was Corsair, Tentacles, Kraken, oSiren, Greyscales, Gutter.
I feel like I could have replaced Siren as she didn't do much in the game but die. I was banking on Beautiful to keep her in longer. Gutter proved her mettle until Graves got to play.
I am still mastering the art of influence assignment too.
