So what's the best change one can make to the Dragon Ball canon? I wanna leave this world better than I found it.

Preventing Gohan from slumping in his training after the Cell Games.

And killing Satan.

So to those of you who have been posting the female monkey girls, who I assume to be Saiyans, what's the deal with them? Culture, behavior and all that?

Also, where do you get those great pics? Please post more pics.
>>
>>51660585

That's a real good question considering everyone is pretty well off by the end of the series, all things considering. The only actual people who didn't get happy endings were like. . .Tien and Yamcha, I guess.
>>
>>51660688
I think it was mentioned in a DBZ MMO that Buu didn't start making other members of his race until he found some of Hercule's porn. Then he made a wife, and then they made other Majins. Could be completely off the mark about that though.
>>
>>51660696
I have a few monkey queen ones that work. They seem to enjoy a good fight, they love to eat but dont get fat, they like to have all kinds of crazy fun, and they never age past their prime. Whats not to love? Also the tail.
>>
>>51660634
Beyond being an annoying glory-hog who blatantly steals credit from better men. (Even though, given their characters it was just as well someone else took the credit - He couldn't have known that in advance of doing so.)

Beyond his horrible style.

Beyond the fact that he drunkenly tried to pick a fight with Beerus and nearly destroyed the world in his drunked ignorance, saved only by the fact that he fell because of his drunkeness.

Beyond so much else I can't even remember the amount of cringey-worthy stuff he gets up to.

Beyond that... No Reason. Hail Satan!

Did Mardukth say that she would post the updated Lunars WIP today? Or am I misremebering?

Both of those guys deserve a happier ending.

I like how DB Multiverse treated them. Showing that they could be awesome if things had been just a little bit different.

Oh, had no idea he settled down and married. That sounds pretty sweet actually.

Yeeeah, finally being something other than a butt monkey would be a good happy ending for him.
>>
>>51660758
None of that warrants murder.
>>
In the Highschool DxD jump, it doesn't mention any limitations on using your Evil Pieces. Does that mean they're Mutation Pieces, or is it just Jump-chan fiat to simplify things for us? Because having a full set of Mutation Pieces has some interesting implications for interactions with Sacred Gears, given what happened when Issei got some.
>>
>>51660876
He also almost gets earth destroyed multiple times.

>>51660688
Ha funnily enough I know this one.

Satan happens to have a soft spot for adult novels, the kind that rivals Icha Icha but also has an emphasis on relationships. Buu wanted that so he made a female buu.

>>51660934
>>51660758
You guys do know that back in Dragon Ball he's a really good guy right? He kinda got PTSD from the time Tao killed his master or something and he's been kinda fucked up in the head He can't fight foes that he doens't know the name of nor crazy strong people. Get to him young and raise him yourself instead of killing him make him an asset.
>>
The only thing you have to change is to prevent the robber from shooting Buu's dog which would prevent kid Buu from happening
>>
>>51660949
Whoa, no need for hearsh language.

Obvious you are a Satan Worshipper.

I respect your religious affliaition, but please understand that I don't believe as you do.

Also, do you think 1 good deed corrects a host of ill deeds.

If I save a group of people, am I allowed to get away with having killed, to tried to kill, twice as many before?
>>
>>51660949
Yes who also could have been taken care of if the z warriors hadn't been slacking off.
>>
>>51660980
Admittedly thats a bad example, it implies too much deliberate malice, that Satan clearly is devoid of.

Of course if you subscribe to the view that there is no such thing as evil only stupidity, then it manages to fit anyway.
>>
>>51660980
In the right context, yes. Who are the people you saved, and who are the people you're going to kill?
>>
>>51660986
True, and one of the key people in that group was Gohan.

Powerful enough to beat Cell, then stopped training and was too weak to meaningfully help against Buu, either stopping his unsealing or fighting him.

I wonder what couold have caused his interest in training to flag, could it be because someone stole credit for his greatest accomplishment?

In that cause, should we not blame Satan?
>>
>>51661022
No, Gohan was never really interested in accolades. He stopped training so hard because he didn't want that life.
>>
>>51661022
IIRC he never liked fighting or training, and was traumatized by the Cell games.
>>
>>51661013
Assume that they are in both groups evenly average people, neither saints nor sinners, just peoplpe trying to live their lives. Assume equal proportaions of all broad demographics.

If you feel the need to give emotional weight, assume that both groups have and equal amount of people that you care about, otherwise disregard.

Now can you answer?
>>
>>51661022
No, do you even know the series? Almost none of the Z Fighters really care for worldwide fame like that. No one that actually did anything past the middle point of the Cell Arc in any case.
>>
>>51661031
>>51661035
I thought it was chichis fault.
>>
>>51661031
>>51661035

Your right of course, that things went as Gohan would probably have wanted. But, if he had been recognised as the man who beat Cell, he would have trained harder, or there at least would have been some pressure to at least maintain his power. He wouldn't have been happier, but he would likely have been stronger when the Buu Arc events took place, and that would have had an impact.

Also, even thugh, Satan's actions of taking credit would ultimately suit Gohan, Satan himself could not have known that. Indeed as far as he knew as he was doing it post-cell games, he was taking credit from someone who could squash him like a bug, and yet he still did it. That would tell you what type of person Satan is, if you couldn't already guess from the name.
>>
>>51661053
Oh, then definitely okay. More people I care about will die than are saved, and that's just great. Hey, can I be part of the group that dies?
>>
>>51661066
please see
>>51661097
>>
>>51661097
Yeah, it tells you that he deserves to live out of respect for those depleted uranium spheres he calls testicles.
>>
>>51661106
The whole point of my second sentence was to equalise any emotional element you might have, if you don't understand I will be happy to help you.

Similarly, you can't be in the groups, as you can only realistically be in one or the other and that imposes too much of a bias. You have to look at it objectively.

Unless your being a deliberate asshat.
>>
>>51661176
I'm saying that I want to die but am too much of a coward to do it. Also that I care about a lot of people who are real shitlords and need to die too. So if Mr. Satan could cause our deaths, yeah, I'd say it's alright.
>>
>>51661145
Confusing bravery with stupidity.

Have you seen the series? Brave Mr Satan is not, he is consistently shown to be cowardly, full of bluster and bravado. This shouldn't be a surce of contention.. it is in the source material.

Also remember what thread this is and the context, we are talking about what jumper could do to make the DB world a better place. Someone brought up killing Mr Satan.

What difference would his death (or enforceed irrelevence) result in. And what steps could a jumper take to mitigate any bad or maximise any good.

Agreed.

>>51660972
Did not know that. Does make him slightly more sympathetic. But it doesn't excuse, just explain.

Killing Satan all jokes aside, is a really extreme course of action that a competant jumper should not need to consider given the range of options open to them.

I wold personally be satisfied with him simply being made irrelevenat, or shamed with the truth coming out, or reshaped early on to become a completely different person with just the same name and face. Of course then you have to ask yourself if death wouldn't be a cleaner more welcome end.
>>
>>51661289
If I could? I've got Universal Canon, I've got copies of every work of fiction I jump to. I do that all the time. Mostly to villains, to let them realize how badly they're going to fail.
>>

I bet you think you can beat Cardcaptor Sakura in a straight fight, too.

Jokes aside, if you REALLY want to derail the way Satan's presented in canon, jump DB, find his younger self, and train him yourself. Make him actually live up to the hype. It'll certainly give Cell a surprise once the Games happen...IF they happen, anyhow.

Funny enough, Wakana did this to A!Alucard during our stay in Hellsing. She thought it was unfair that I knew how and where she was going to die and wouldn't share that knowledge, so she circumvented me and showed her directly. The whole London invasion, Anderson and the nail, even Schrodinger.

And she laughed at her. Laughed so hard she started crying blood. When she finally stopped and could speak again, she said. "Thank you for allowing me to enjoy that twice, whelping. Just for that, I shall tell you a secret." I have no idea what she whispered to Wakana. She refused to tell me. When I pressed the issue, she shot me three times in the stomach and dove out a window.

Which put me off the topic, naturally.

But if /I/ had to pick someone to show their future to? Probably Marche from FFTA. I'm planning to take his Drawback and try to talk him down off his ledge. I may have to just directly show him that the world is not any more real or fake than any other world.

Y'know what? You have a good point. Now that I think about it Earth's ecosystem IS pretty damn good at ki manipulation as a whole compared to the rest of Universe 7. Which either seems to only have one dominant species that can excel at it, or a bunch of exceptional folks recruited from across the universe by a real estate dynasty. If that one space cop guy's representative of space as a whole, ki users seem to be surprisingly rare out there.

Besides, it's hard for me to stay motivated in a world where almost everything can be literally wished right once someone gathers the dragonballs.

Inprobably good engineering, like the stuff the mc makes both his leg and the fire sword.

Animal taming perks kinda like his mom and him.

Lots of viking aesthetic stuff like a great hall, I would love a great hall.

A book of dragons (with option to make it update with dragons from each jump you have been to or are in.)

A dragon arena.

Dragon fighting perks.

A boat that is pulled around by some underwater creature.

A dragon looking mask.

A secret valley covered in ice but full of lush vegetation.

How custom are we talking? The Dragons of berk alone fill a book with their uniqueness.

You're going to have to learn someday that morality isn't black and white. Just because someone has a lot of bad personality traits, and likes to cheat and bribe his way through fights, doesn't mean he isn't a fundamentally good person. His positive side and actions far outweigh his negatives.

NP on both counts. How does this look.

Canon Companion [-100]: The folks around here are kinda nice and really cool sometimes. So why not invite one of them with you? Don't worry if they have a Dragon or Rider they can hitch a ride to. That's correct. Specifically, when Age 778 starts is when the jump officially ends if you take both and the time extension drawbacks.

I already explained why I'm not covering Super or Battle of the Gods, but the short version is that it's both still ongoing and is already escalation city. Ain't touching it. Senpai you don't know anything about FR elves. They're not regular D&D elves.

There are Sun Elves, who are vaguely orange and live in cities. They're arrogant and prejudiced and all around shitterss.

There are Moon Elves who are blue or purple tinted. They CAN live in cities too, but most of them are travelers. Most are still arrogant, but in a patronizing way since they like to mingle with 'lesser' races.

There are wood elves, who are tanned barbarian savages who refuse to have contact with anyone.

There are drow of course, who are pitch black, evil, matriarchal, and have spiders in their vaginas.

There's no such thing as a typical, standard elf in FR.

Well, we kind of hate everyone actually. They're all terrible people.

So what we do is let one or two have outragous windfalls of fortune that screw over all the others against the odds. We give the monsters every available opportunity to power up and do the most damage to everyone else, before they in turn get screwed over by the forces they've unleashed. And then we dick around with the timeline so there's only one happy ending, and all the others get retconned into oblivion.

Suckers.

I don't even blame Madoka. She just had the misfortune to be friends with magical girl!VirtualOptim over here.

Pretty sure he's angry and drunk, though.
>>
>>51663132
Looked it up on the holiest of site, Tvtropes:

Byronic Hero's are:
"The Byronic Hero is a type of character popularized by the works of Lord Byron, whose protagonists often embodied this archetype, though they existed before him, it became prominent during Romanticism. Sometimes an Anti-Hero, others an Anti-Villain, or even Just a Villain, Byronic heroes are charismatic characters with strong passions and ideals, but who are nonetheless deeply flawed individuals who may act in ways which are socially reprehensible because he's definitely contrary to his mainstream society. A byronic hero is on his own side and has his own set of beliefs which he will not bow nor change for anyone. A Byronic hero is a character whose internal conflicts are heavily romanticized and who himself ponders and wrestles with his struggles and beliefs. Some are portrayed with a suggestion of dark crimes or tragedies in their past. "

If Taylor does fit this mold I don't know what she is.

And he leaves her protected by a teenage boy for some reason because yeah, that totally makes sense. Yeah if I were to give anyone the job of protecting my wife in wartime I'd give it to some kid who hasn't even seen combat outside of practice. She ends up getting captured!!!

If we went by human gene standards at least 600-700 unique unrelated persons. None of them could have deficiencies or diseases and there would have to be some serious eugenics involved.

I could be misremembering the article (I can remember where I found it) and it was entirely theoretical. Likely that number would still fail just because of how controlled everything would have to be without any room for deviations.

Thousands would be far more realistic, but I don't know how reasonable it would be to save that many.

Naoya is such an edgy prick, I swear to God. First of all, he starts blaming God for him killing Abel. After all, if God is omniscient, and knew what would happen, why didn't he stop him? Because of free will, you dense motherfucker. It's not just one path, it's multiple. You COULD have chosen to be happy for your little brother, but no, what did you do? You murdered him, and then when God asked you, "Where is your brother Abel?", you said "How should I know? Am I my brother's keeper?" Then you got called out on it, whined like a bitch, and were given a blessing to make sure you wouldn't be hurt. When you died, you didn't go to Hell, despite not repenting. No, what did you do? You reincarnated, with memories of your past life. Most people would have seen this as a blessing, a second chance. YOU saw it as curse, and then used it to try and plot revenge against God.

But that wasn't enough, was it? No, you wanted to make it HURT. So you decided to use your brother, the one you murdered and supposedly "loved" as a weapon against God. How many people died for your little scheme, huh? How much suffering did you cause? All because you couldn't let go of ONE. STUPID. FUCKING. GRUDGE. YOU LITTLE-

Assuming that their the same as humans, that's tricky.

Last I looked (and to be fair it was a while ago) when looking into viable populations for space colonies (don't judge - i love sci-fi) the actual amount of people you would need to prevent inbreeding can vary from dozens to thousands.

For my tupence worth I'd say, get as many as you can, but no less than 5 thousand individuals.

Someone else might be able to give you a better answer though.

>>
>>51663566
Then you shouldn't be trying to save them.

There's no sampling of Saiyans that aren't a "proud warrior race". Vegeta only manages to acclimate after years spent on earth. If you want to save the Saiyans, then you either need to be willing to take the reigns of their civilization after bringing them all back and guiding them to a life of not being assholes, or you're gonna need to do some long term game planning nature versus nurture shit where you introduce clonebabies dotted around Earth or some shit and have them raised in normal society, which you probably don't have time for in the span of one jump.
And if you're not willing to do either of those, then you should let them just stay dead.
>>
>>51663611
I mean, there are other methods.

like, there was something that I was listening to on NPR about a month ago that was a scientist describing how they were using a few methods to force certain genes to pass on to offspring. They wanted to give mice a gene that would make them not pass on lime disease to ticks, and then release them on some island in New York(pretty sure it was New York)

things exist to force genes to carry on, it's just a matter of whether or not it would be smart to force a bunch of DNA to be passed on. or even possible.

plus, I mean, Saiyan that the DNA will be bred out of humans like saying that neanderthal DNA has bred out of humans. It hasn't. We just consider the neanderthal DNA that we have to be part of what human is now.

...Speaking of updates, I was thinking of barbarian hordes for Lunars, and suddenly realized Infernals didn't have an option that allows you to march a demonic army into Creation. Needed to rectify that.

Changelog:
>buffed Demonic Retinue a bit, you can now get an army of 1st circles
>changed the Akuma drawback as an anon brought something up, and altered its interaction with the Mortal Form drawback. As a consequence, it's been demoted to +200 status.
>added a few notes about your Exaltation sticking around if you die with 1-ups, or if you use some out-of-jump thing to turn yourself into an eldritch horror.
>attempted to finish the Lexicon, but severely underestimated its boredom potential. I /will/ finish this though... Later.

Still no Scenarios, those are more involved than the small tweaks I'm doing here. That'll still be after Lunars, sorry.
>>
>>51663748
Just experiment with hitting them on the head until you find a way to reliably make Gokus. A legion of brain damaged saiyans is a small price to pay for monkey waifus.

I swear to god I hate EVERY artist that tries to make "realistic" versions of anything animated.
It's like they all think "realistic" means "ugly as shit". They add in details that don't exist, and don't even make much sense, just for the sake of making the character uglier.

I've bitched about this before, and I'll likely bitch about it again, but I've fucking seen a "realistic" pokemon drawing of an Arcanine, with scales for some fucking reason. A DOG with scales tossed in, just to make it uglier.
>>
>>51663748
I think you could have time to do it in a single jump if you really put your mind to it and had the right resources. Clone alot of saiyan babies in the warehouse. Use SCP 2400 to have plenty of time to get them fully grown in the span of one jump. Add some genetic manipulation too so they aren't crazy about fighting for good measure. Teach them about life similar to how Superboy was taught in Young Justice. Release into wild. I'm sure only good things can come from this.
>>
>>51663689
Again, you'd either have to alter a significant number of humanity, have a fuck ton of saiyans to the point that they could repopulate without humans, or reasonably seclude a sufficient population.

To be fair by 'reasonably seclude' doesnt really mean trap them. Most people dont go searching the entire world for the love of their life when they are surrounded by people.

>>51663761
I was assuming the asker didn't have the means, but yeah there are a ton of perks to do that with SUPERSCIENCE!

And I mean 'bred out' as in they can no longer be considered truly saiyan in the terms of the setting. At some point there would be more human than saiyan without a reasonable enough population. Which wouldn't be a problem for me, but if you are going to employ eugenics to preserve a species...

>hey demonic liquor doesn't say how many you get for the selection is It only one?
It's a couple of them for every purchases.

Something like two to five different kinds? The specifics probably depend on how rare/expensive they are. So, like, you could have a bunch of the common bonewine and similar stuff, but something expensive (and potentially deadly) like sypax or final rest elixir would take most of your "budget".

>also did you mean to Make the full eight companions 500 points? Because that's an odd pricing.
It's actually 1100 cp, since The Thing Infernal only gives you one companion per purchase too.

And yeah, that's a bit odd. I did it that way because Infernals are extremely powerful for the setting, and incredibly rare. With a full 8 companions, you're a huge powerblock with 18% of all Infernals. And them teaming up is even rarer, to the point that just having a full Coven of them is basically unprecedented.

>>51664492
They're mentioned in Compass: Malfeas. More of a Malfeas thing than an Infernals-specific thing.

You've drinks that are similar to normal drinks, like bonewine, which is like sake that tastes a bit like bone. But then there's drinks that cause specific emotions or (day)dreams, like elixirs of rage, envy, terror and hate as well as distilled dreams of pleasure, mirth or flight. And drinks that have the same effects as drugs like opium and cocaine. And stuff like sypax, which literally gives an experience of perfect pleasure (but is pretty lethal and extremely addictive to mortals).

And a lot more besides. Some are flat-out lethal to humans.

Dragon wish powers are proportional to the amount of wishes you get. The Namekian dragon gives you three wishes, so they're weaker and can't do as much crazy bullshit as the Earth's dragon, which only grants one wish. When Dende creates a new dragon for Earth, he upgrades it to be able to grant two wishes, but as a result the dragon is unable to bring back anyone who has already been brought back once by the dragon balls. Which is used to create drama when everyone realizes that a lot of the Z Fighters are shit out of luck if Cell kills them.

Anyway, if you only have one wish, you could very easily wish for all the Saiyans to be brought back. But you'd probably want to have some place for them to go, otherwise they'd just materialize somewhere out in space and die again.
Luckily you can combine "-- and bring them to planet <x>" in the wish.

so it doesn't quite work out that way

And, coupled with The Thing Infernal Which is 200 for four it's 500 But 1100 is really really expensive for a full companion import. can you elaborate on the Reasoning behind this? I'm not

Each set of dragon balls has their own limitations. Like the Namekian set can resurrect someone as many times as you like, but only one person per wish, while Shenron can wish back entire planetary populations, but only bring a person back one time. Shenron can also only bring back people within a year of their death, while the Namekian dragon has no time limit. So to wish back an entire planetary population that died ages ago like the Saiyans you would need a different set than either of those two.

As I said, Green Sun Princes are extremely rare, them teaming up into even a full coven is even rarer, with groups of Infernals numbering nine of them together being practically unheard of.

>>51665131
>Don't really know the setting, but it looks pretty good. Gotta agree with the other guy though, 2 mandatory drawbacks seem a bit much. Maybe let us choose?

Huh, that could work, I guess. The 'Obsessed0 thing is based on the mentality of the Thirteen Kings (each of them has a theme that drives them), and the enemy of Libra was a thing that you would get anyway by joining them, barring the loss condition. I could make that if you don't join the group you don't need to take that drawback, but if you do you must take it (although this time gaining CP for it). They are a group of powerful individuals that are willing to help each other.

Honestly, I'm not sure if this is just inter-jump balance colouring my perception, but I still think it's kinda "meh" for 800 CP. I'd say an undiscouned 600 CP would be fair. Although, if they're worth that much in that world maybe the price /is/ justified. Your call.

>>51665298
>Although, if they're worth that much in that world maybe the price /is/ justified. Your call.

There had been 53 holders of the eyes in the history of both worlds. Currently there are only two known ones. And the MC, one of the current holders, is regularly put in danger for his eyes. And that's with people usually not knowing what they truly are, because they're 'that' powerful.

>>51665330
The thing about the eyes is that they are 'absolute', because their creator was a extremely powerful Outer God. It would take a being on the same level to deny their powers.

No illusions can deceive them. Their induced hallucinations can only be escaped by other holders of the eyes. And the True Name thing is usually worth around 400-600 CP in other jumps on its own, here it's packed with another varied set of powers that could be 200-400 on their own.

I think they will remain 800 CP for now. Having an Elder Breed with the Eyes for 'merely' 1100 CP rampaging through the setting would be too much.

I will change the mandatory drawback thing in a moment, though.

>>51665431
Okay thank you. I'm just curious as to whether the Saiyans are inherently evil or (as a few exceptions seem to indicate) just as malleable as humans.
>>
>>51665477
Bardock start out as a typical saiyan and later learns to be a softie, same with Vegeta. It's really likely to just be their culture.
>>
Changelog:

>Fixed some typos
>Removed the 'Enemy of Libra' mandatory drawback for 'The Power of a King'
>>
>>51664716
Looks good for the most part, need some spelling and grammar checks and i'm with the others, a mandatory drawback for the capstone booster for no CP and that makes you a enemy of the main cast is a bit much, otherwise i'm liking it.
>>
>>51665477
They're inherently violent, is the thing. They have a natural genetic predisposition towards wanting to fight and be strong. That obviously has an easy entry way into being evil, being a bully, etc. In fact, it probably lends itself to the typical idea of evil far easier than good. But it's not by itself evil anymore than any shonen series about punching people inherently lends itself towards evil people.

If you give the Saiyans an acceptable outlet for that desire (like tournaments, or "justice"), and give them a reason to enjoy it, then they can easily grow up to be just as heroic as anyone else.

You really have to wear the ears. 0

I am pretty much resigned to the fact that these next few years are going to suck most terribly. My homoncus maid from overlord who is also pretty much my only (sorta) companion left needs fixing but I am reasonably sure I have the stuff to fix her.

Also gonna join shi yun and ji han but not join ji hans guild, the redheads guild needs some help and I think I can boost the hell out of them magically.

Hm, I am reluctant to allow taking low danger drawbacks multiple times here, considering there's no cap of drawbacks...

But looking at the signature Infernals, Manosque Cyan has both her hair and nails affected by her demon. Cearr got fangs, red hair, and longer arms. While Gyrfalcon has his skin and hair color changed, and fangs.

And it's not like it'd make it easy to buy everything in the jump (good god this thing is 67 pages, and probably the longest thing I've ever written. how did I even do this?).

So, sure. I shall allow Demonic Aspect to be taken multiple times. But, every time you take it, it'll be worse for you, and it can't be taken more than thrice.

My Jumper counts age in Jumps at the moment.
Much easier, really.
>>
>>51665455
>Do you guys keep notes of your age as a Jumper?
More or less. I just count the number of jumps (barring the ones that have less or more time) and multiply said number by 10. Then I add the extra years.

>If so, do you include the years preceding the "start" of the Jump but where your background self was alive?

If I did so, considering some of my choices, I would probably be 'older than the universe'.
>>
>>51665583
That makes total sense. Thanks!
I shall mold the Saiyans into a galactic police force obsessed with martial arts and tournaments.
>>
>>51665757
Okay I just rolled a d100 for it (turning Saiyans into heroic protectors) and got a 60.
That's not bad.

Since I put them up on Earth they see themselves as Earth's guardians/army/kinda owners. They still act as conquerors/overall douches quite often. Which isn't always popular among the original Earthlings. I'm hoping vigorous race-mixing will eventually smooth that out.

>are we talking just structurally impossible or are we talking alien geometries?
Both, really.

Constructions that defy normal understanding of physics, architecture, and common sense are the norm. Angles of roads, windows, and arches both perfectly set and impossible. Great buildings that should collapse under their own weight pushing skyward. Continous mazelike collections of lesser structures that are at once impressive and maddening.

And such.

Umm… so I am not sure what is going on. I mean I guess I am filling in for Santa. I don’t mind it’s just a little strange. It is kind of even a little fun. I got a nice motorcycle out of the deal. It even flies.
It’s been kind of hectic preparing for Christmas. It’s also strange that people know about Santa and I am soft of a celebrity.

Being a celebrity and Santa is kind of hard. I am not saying I may have accidently swore a couple times but I may have. Also I have had to moderate my drinking… no one likes a drunken Santa.

All said and done though it’s kind of nice. We had stopped celebrating holidays and such. Each day kind of flowed in to another. Certain days having meaning is kind of nice. It was also nice to see Kara and Ami enjoying preparing for the holiday.

Journal Entry # &49695

It was a lot of work but it’s finally done… until next year. It’s kind of funny really I mean I guess something about the holidays makes us look back. This has made me remember the times with my families. Especially my first one and the people I’ve got here now. It’s an odd family to be sure but I think somehow we have become a family. Well most of us.

I don’t know that I’ll ever be able to be with my first family again. I am a completely different person than I was. I don’ t think they could accept the sudden change. I honestly couldn’t bear it if they couldn’t after… well after things happened they were always there for me. Despite the pain and loss I really was grateful for them. I don’t think I could handle them rejecting what I have become now.

Anyways I think we did a good job. All the presents were delivered. Things were a bit chaotic but I think we managed. Really it’s nice now just to be able to relax with my companions, my new family and enjoy the holidays ourselves.

Fourth Verse from Fire Emblem Fates is pretty good for singing if you don't mind potentially burning through a 1up if you want to use the stronger applications of it.

To be fair, them having other duties is entirely dependent on them being loyal to the Yozi and more focussed on their own thing than helping you. Which really only comes into play if you don't import anyone and grab a set of loyalists.

>Um, Set deal on the 1st circles modeled after the Yozi?
Hm... Maybe. They are fun.

>Additionally, this ability acts as capstone booster
Can you please reword this? A perk should not call itself a "capstone booster". In addition to being incredibly meta, I can imagine some people will try to say that it works as a capstone booster for everything.
>>
>>51666391
Glad to hear that. Your first jump is really nice.
>>
>>51666044
>Does Inefficient Violence boost the power of all species you qualify as, or just the one from this jump?

Just the ones from the jump. Being a human would still let you go to Klaus (the guy the perk is based on) levels of strength, which would allow you tear holes into people and easily defeating 10 feet alien monsters with a punch. Boosting it with another race would give you even more strength.

> Also, what would you be comparable to as an Elder Bloodbreed with Inefficient Violence?

You would be stronger than the strongest shown Bloodbreed. I can't give you a concrete answer, but you should be able to casually pulverize large buildings, since the damaged half of said Elder Bloodbreed was able to do that.

>>51666174
True Names are used to seal away immortal beings that cannot be truly killed otherwise with in-setting means, such a as Elder Bloodbreeds. Probably more, since there is a lot of background magic but it's not fully explained, and the Elder Bloodbreeds were already preoccupied to have their names vanish from history even before they started to being hunt.

>>51666229
The series is pretty episodic (barring the King of Despair arc in the anime), and not too much is explained about the Beyonders aside from a few individuals. If you have some ideas that you would like to see included, please share them. The races that I put were the ones that were explained, aside from the generic 'big strong Beyonder that can also do X' that randomly appears.

>>51666358
It's a capstone booster with some extras. Do you feel that what it offers on its own would be enough to justify it's price?

That's because none of them say they're "capstone boosters" instead of functioning as one. It's usually something like, "You will also find certain abilities from this world enhanced." As is, people further down will likely try to claim that it can sub in for other jumps' capstone boosters.

Honestly, the Thirteen Kings isn't quite good enough on its own. It cost you total of 500 cp and has a mandatory drawback attached for the ability to survive in really messed up environments and a knowledge/respect boost for supernatural groups. Plus, don't Kings have a large amount of supernatural power by themselves? I remember the Despair guy from the anime was capable of tearing souls apart with almost no effort and later beat the shit out of Klaus.

Aside from Despair, only other three Kings have been shown:
>Femt, who is a really good biologist and scientist. Has time stop abilities, but it's unknown if they are thanks to a device that he built or a natural ability of his.
>Aligura, who builds things and helps the other Kings by building things.

Seriously though, I left it a little vague so people could use it whichever way they found better for their chain. You can stuff them all into one Slot and they'll split powers as per normal, you can give each their own slot, or you can not take them at all and simply attract new ones native to each new Jump.

I find the idea of Jumping Warhammer 40k with that perk and gaining a quartet of Sisters of Battle groupies particularly entertaining.

Fair enough. And honestly, the jump is pretty good at this point. There are some jumps which literally refer to capstone boosters as capstone boosters, and perks that outright modify other perks from completely different jumps are a huge no-no, so Occam's Razor dictates that a perk acting as a capstone booster only works on capstones in the jump it originates from, regardless of whether or not that is actually spelled out. Anyone who actually tries to claim otherwise would be ignored, or more likely shouted down.

I shouldn’t even be surprised at this point. When I got here I was a slave being tortured by Orcs. Their horrible lashes biting in to my back as they forced me to do backbreaking labor. I couldn’t even use my powers or abilities. I do however have some voice In my head, a wraith telling me I need to escape… no shit.

I could have slipped my bonds but there were a half dozen heavily armed orcs around me and without my powers things would have gone badly. I needed the right moment if I was going to escape.

Eventually I feigned passing out. My body was tired and ached like it hadn’t in hundreds of years so it wasn’t too big a leap. I earned some cracked ribs for my troubles but when they went to go get a hot poker from the fire I slipped my bonds, grabbed a sword and made short work of them. Apparently my powers are back.

After their treatment of me and the rest of the slaves I made sure none the bastards escaped… I wasn’t cruel. Their deaths were swift and mostly painless, which is better than I can say for what they inflicted upon the slaves. Now we are free and I am going put every one of these bastards I find in the ground.

If you don't want people making there companions all Infernals because of rarity, include a option that still gives a background and CP. but let them pick up their Exaltations on their way out.

Since Infernals can make others into 1st circles eventually, a complimentary 1st circle alt form for all companions (to let them blend in in Malfeas) would be nice, or maybe give the free 1st circle alt-form to companions with purchase of Demonic Retinue

The Mini Yozi, please remove the Harmless from their description. They are 50 CP each after all. The same as a Demonic Familiar. So make them Essence 5 1st circle demons built to resemble a yozi in minature

Journal Entry # 750395

Ok so what I have gathered from my new wraith friend who can’t remember his name is that I am dead, the one responsible for my state is the black hand of Sauron, and apparently I am in the lord of the rings. I don’t remember much from it but I certainly don’t remember this.

Well I have summoned my less squeamish companions and we are killing as many of those filthy orcs as we can find. Maybe I have gotten a little blood thirsty but I intend to end their species here and now. Then I am going to work my way up the line to their masters. Then I shall kill Sauron himself because he has caused enough grief and pain to earn his death. He may not die permanently until the ring is destroyed but he can enjoy waiting as a disembodied spirit hovering over a pile of ashes.

Journal Entry # 750411

Sauron’s Black hand has fallen, so have several other of his Nazgul under the assault of my heat vision.
I think my wraith is a little horrified to see me use such weapons and powers to feel these monsters. He seems to worry that I am walking a dark path and may fall to becoming a new dark lord.

His mistake though is I don’t want to rule over anyone. I just want to kill the bad creatures that have been torturing and spreading misery to everyone else. Speaking of Killing Bad Guys Sauruman is dead by Jackie’s hand, she is very proud of that. I don’t think she ate his soul but I really wasn’t watching.

Within a few days we should take Mordor and with it Saroun’s life.

>It's not like there is a manual for this things, you know. Trying to explain your point of view, like >>51666519 does would be more useful than just throwing a 'it doesn't work that way'

Most people learned by going through jumps themselves anon. You took a perk that already had an effect on its own and apparently decided that what it offered wasn't worth the price, but instead of lowering the price, you decided to slap on the Capstone Booster and then add on effects tying something that's called The Power of a King to four different backgrounds. It apparently wasn't enough, because there's another part on top of that after the Capstone Booster was over, which feels like it could have just been the original perk itself.

Disregarding that the capstones themselves aren't evenly distributed to begin with, some of these capstone booster descriptions are just all over the place. Magic allows you to warp space/time, but Beyondian Science uses just alchemy as an example, and the example namedrops a guy growing devil beasts at an accelerated rate (Except you can already call Demons forward with the Magic Booster). The Drop In one is literally just ambiguous luck swapping, with no real clue as to what luck even influences in this setting since the perk itself makes you John Constantine. Blood Arts feels like a subset of Magic in the same way Beyondian Science feels like a subset of Magic, it doesn't help that the description of Magic literally reads
>"Many Beyondians have abilities that defy anything that humanity about physics and the rules of the universe. They have the power to shape reality in a way that should be impossible. In other words, they possess a talent for magic. You know also possess this talent. "

It apparently wasn't enough, because there's another part on top of that after the Capstone Booster was over, which feels like it could have just been the original perk itself.

As I said, the perk is based on the King of Despair, who took the powers of other person and increased them. Getting the power of one of the Thirteen Kings by paying 500 or 600 CP felt too little, but making it one of those 1000 CP perks seemed too much, and it wouldn't represent the variety of the group. So instead of offering on its own, I made it a capstone booster, because there was an in-setting precedent.

> but Beyondian Science uses just alchemy as an example, and the example namedrops a guy growing devil beasts at an accelerated rate (Except you can already call Demons forward with the Magic Booster

I don't know if this wasn't clear enough with the jump alone for someone that hasn't followed the series, but I try to explain it:

Devil Beasts and Demons are fairly different creatures. Devil Beasts are just strong animals, while Demons are sentient semi-divine creatures that can cause city-wide destruction on their rampages.

The Devil Bast Breeder allows you to breed and tame existing devil beasts, while Booster'd Beyondian Science would let you create your own more powerful versions of them, as well as mass producing said creatures.

Booster'd Beyondian Science is intended to put you on the level of the 'techy' Thirteen Kings, namely Femt and Aligura.

>The Drop In one is literally just ambiguous luck swapping, with no real clue as to what luck even influences in this setting since the perk itself makes you John Constantine.

I don't really see the problem here. You will need to elaborate your concerns. The Drop In capstone basically makes you pic related. He is a good cursed with such bad luck that planes will crash when he takes them. But he has such a natural good luck that the curse can't harm him, creating this weird 'John Constantine' effect. The boostered version allows you bestow people the same luck or give the same curses that he suffers.

I think it's a varied and strong enough effect for it to be capstone.

Blood Arts are completely different powerset, with much lesser versatility but can potentially be more destructive in combat.

Hm... Maybe the second one (if we're shifting all the Magnitudes one down).

The problem is that you've decided to go for this lopsided capstone model, where two of your capstones are extremely niche (Drop In and Libra) whereas one of your capstones is extremely open ended (Magic) and the other one is somewhere in between because of how vague your language is. You constantly use "You can do this like X" expecting people to either know or care about who X is, except if the jump is supposed to get people interested in the setting, it doesn't do a very good job of it since even in the beginning it requires people to go digging through internet resources just to figure out what benchmarks there are.

This lopsided skew is made even worse by the Capstone Boosters, (ignoring the potential Kill Anything effect that the perk's fifth option has under wording abuse) because the descriptions of each capstone booster reinforces how niche the original capstones were. The Drop In perk takes luck manipulation and makes it even more specific by applying individual targeting to it. The Libra perk takes what reads as a subset of magic (If Magic can manipulate reality and phenomenon there's no logical reason why it can't be used to mimic anything Libra can do, and your descriptions don't suggest they're exclusive either), and makes it even more specific by tacking on another item of the same branch. The Magic perk I already mentioned why the Capstone booster made things even more open ended. Your clarifications of the Science perk just makes it feel even more vague than before, because now we have to know what specific Kings are capable of, and who the "techy" Kings are. Slowly, it's starting to get to the point where wiki dives are mandatory rather than optional, just to scratch the surface of this setting.

Ultimately you don't need to take any of this into consideration. As other anons have already said, the jump is good. If you don't think there are problems and it all works out well in your head, then just call it a day and move on.

Looking forward to the update. Just a suggestion, if it's just 3 ships and 40 souls then you may want to change the name. That's not really a fleet, as such.

Also, please make sure to specify whether it will be new ships and new followers each jump or if you get to keep the old ones. That's an important factor in decision making, mine at the very least.

I'm debating two options. A, I increase how many soldiers you get, or B, I allow you to increase how many soldiers the fleet has across jumps but you have to increase the size yourself, such as through cloning/breeding program. Either way, you're right, there are too few for it to be called a fleet

Changelog:

>Removed the need of getting a capstone to be able to purchase the 'Power of a King'.

I guess if there isn't anything left to say, I will just upload it to the drive.

>>51667545
I know that some of then can come out as vague, but aside from a few beings, like the Bloodbreeds and Invisible Werewolves, the actual limits of the settings are not entirely clear. The threat levels vary between destroying a building in a fight and damaging huge chunks of the city if let unchecked.
All I could say is 'fanwank responsibly'.

But I would also like to add that this the same for most jumps. I can answer what I can and try to add some notes if needed, but in the end we're trying to summarize the abilities of non-completely defined characters based on their canon showings in a few lines.

>Slowly, it's starting to get to the point where wiki dives are mandatory rather than optional, just to scratch the surface of this setting.

Honestly, I don't think that there is another choice when taking on jumps based on fairly 'unique' settings, where lots of unique characters and abilities come into play. Even if you do a +70 pages jump, you will probably just be scratching the surface and still need to clarify things.
>>
>>51667733
Honestly, I think you can get away with a name change if you just clarify that its 3 ships and 40 troops. The only thing I'd like to see changed would be allowing them and their ships to follow you from jump to jump. That way its on the jumper whether or not they get more troops out of it, ala breeding or cloning as you stated.

Ignoring the ones made by SB, most of the +70 pages jumps that we do have are actually very well explained and outlined. You don't actually need to go to wikipedia for most of them at all. The +70 page jumps have a lot more options than what you've offered, so length probably isn't something you want to use to prove your point, especially when your jump is this short. We have plenty of jumps that are very well explained.

>Honestly, I don't think that there is another choice when taking on jumps based on fairly 'unique' settings, where lots of unique characters and abilities come into play. Even if you do a +70 pages jump, you will probably just be scratching the surface and still need to clarify things.
Yeah, that's bullshit. If you want to offer a lot or if you simply want to make a big jump, sure you can run on for a while. There are plenty of unique settings that give you enough of the setting so that you can jump it without being familiar with the IP or wiki diving. In point of fact, a good jump would give you enough of a taste that it'd make you interested in wiki diving.

You should be able to use the perks, the items, the intro, the whole jump, to convey what the world is about. Plenty of jumps have done it. Your jump is not special. You can do it for this and other settings as well.

>muh Dirge

3. Dark Souls
Oolacile Sanctuary
Disciple of Sunlight (900)
Import Kamilah, Dr. Amos, Anneliese (750)
Gross Incandescence
Sense Evil (650)
Jolly Cooperation (500)
Praise the Sun (200)

Estus Flask
Sunlight Straight Sword
Unwanted Visitors (0)

Kamilah (Disciple of Sunlight,Gross Incandescence, Pyromancy)

Dr. Amos and Professor Anneliese (Hunter of the Lost, Sense Evil, Soul Smith)

Well, we ended up in Oolacile just as shit was starting to simmer down. The whole town was a loss; Artorias was corrupted, Kalameet was flying overhead, Dusk was missing, and the catacombs were definitely filled with Manus's Abyss. We met the Enigmatic Hexer soon after; they were friendly, and said that they were dragged here from the future (from the land of Melfia, to be precise). They were pretty excited to be here, treating the whole thing like was a trip to the museum. So many theories and questions. They ignored me when I asked about their history, acting cagey whenever the topic came up around the bonfire, but otherwise they were kind and helpful; they definitely saved our bacon more than once, since they were more familiar with this time than any of us.

We were stuck here for quite some time, which gave the invaders plenty of time to try and take us out. Thankfully, we were never in any real danger; even when multiple invasions happened at the same time, any invaders were still walking into a 5 man gank squad, armed with weapons they couldn't really avoid or counter; we had a few deaths, when they got the drop on us, but for the most part we were pretty unfair to fight. Chester invaded us once, took one look at us, shook his head, and threw himself off a cliff. He was pretty salty when we happened across him.

One day, the Chosen Undead came; naked, and carried only a charred halbard as his weapon. He then killed, with great skill, the Sanctuary Guardian, Artorias, Kalameet, and presumably Manus himself before disappearing without a trace.

Sorry, I dot not pull out the book to look at the exact numbers, but you said "1st age legion" and I thought that was magnitude 10, with magnitude 9 being a current age realm legion. Which was totally wrong, oops.

How about something like Demonic Retinue (50/100/150/200/250 CP)
A loyal host of 16 1st circle demons of your choice of breed, who need not all be the same type. May be repurchases 4 more times, with each multiplying the size of your army by 5. First 80 demons, then 400, 2,000, and finally a Legion of 10,000 1st circle demons. Only counts as one companion slot, but if imported, but any perks beyond free ones inherent to race or background must be given to a specific demon. If you have additional 1st circle Demon companions (descended/created/birthed from you or a companion) you may swap them into the Demonic Retinue by making an existing member an inactive companion. (Maybe let them be simply added, I dunno?)

Doormaker from Worm would let you maintain micro-portals in the skulls of your bodies, and allow you to keep a direct connection to your brain in another dimension.

Custom magic that lets you manipulate the Ethereal plane from DnD would let you do something similar. Epic Magic or a Wish could straight up make you a hivemind, which is a creature type.

Being a digital lifeform and distributing yourself across the hardware of your platforms, probably using some kind of unblockable superscience transmitters.

Ar Tonelico Reyvateils are all actually part of a single hivemind consciousness, which permanently partitions parts of itself to create individuality. So you could relatively easily develop a version that doesn't do that and remains as a single consciousness across every body.

After that, the novelty of being in the past wore off for the Enigmatic Hexer, and they started helping us find a way to get to the future. After going to sleep one morning we found ourselves in Darkroot Garden, and we ventured into the Undead Burg to see what was up.

A few of the "NPCs" were missing, presumed missing, hollowed, or killed for loot. Most troubling of all was Solaire; I don't think this Chosen Undead took the time to save him. The Sunlight Alter was in disarray, heavily overgrown with vines and moss. The sight troubled me, so I took the time to clean it off and maintain it, out of respect. I also decided to head to Sen's Fortress, to free old Big Hat Logan. Thankfully, it was a bit easier to navigate when you're not restricted to walking, running, and rolling around (and you also have guns). He was grateful, and the Enigmatic Hexer was ecstatic to meet him, which was nice. I think the Chosen Undead linked the fire, which was good for us, since an age of Dark probably isn't the nicest thing to have to live through. We continued to adventure around, occasionally ending up in different time periods, slaying hollows, demons, and other monsters until our time was up, accumulating souls, weapons, armor, and other treasures along the way.

Hm. That could work, yes.

>Only counts as one companion slot, but if imported, but any perks beyond free ones inherent to race or background must be given to a specific demon.
Already had something like that in the notes.

>If you have additional 1st circle Demon companions (descended/created/birthed from you or a companion) you may swap them into the Demonic Retinue by making an existing member an inactive companion. (Maybe let them be simply added, I dunno?)
Swapping them in seems okay, adding... probably not.

>Ah. I assumed they would be at least loosely under your control, like having sworn mini surrender oaths
Mini surrender oaths do sound amusing...

Anyway, they're sorta loosely under your control? In that they're demons that follow you, not something like a sorcerous binding (though, I guess you could bind them with that).

Still seems like a bad idea to let even a miniature version of the Ebon Dragon (and other Yozi, but him especially) out of your sight anywhere /near/ things you care about, without that 'harmless' qualifier.

Anyway, yeah, you can assume they're "Essence 5 1st circle demons built to resemble a yozi in minature" if you like.

Just, you know, chibi-Ebby will hide car keys, mini-Adorjan will be going "zoom-zoom" as she zips around, chibi-Kimbery plays with dolls while going to aquariums a lot, and similar things. It's more a personality than a power thing.

There's some kids, and there's a bunch of digital monsters called Digimon, and there's a digital world which is basically a representation of (or in some way related to) the real world's computers (the internet is a separate place). Then bad stuff happens and the kids pair up with one Digimon each to go stop the bad stuff from continuing.

The imaged jump we have mashes like five different series (though two take place in the same universe) and has some weird OC real world thing, so it tells basically nothing about what's actually going on.

Also waifus.

Time to get to work on more Stalwart Tiger

Last Time: He got sent to Career Model and basically had to deal with a Dragonblooded court, and Amaterasu insisted on being a runway model.

Then, it happened. The Imperator Infinita returned to Creation to retake his Empire, and to make war of the Yozi. It was a long bloody war, he spent over three hundred years in Creation making war and solidifying his position. The very face of Creation was changed by this struggle, and his rampant Shaping of it for the purpose of aiding his people. But sadly most of those texts are lost to time(I can't fucking think of how to write it down in detail). But now it is time to move on. His revenge complete, an odd sense of satisfaction has overtaken Tiger.

Even Maiar are probably too strong, within the setting, to justify. I mean, you can include Eldar and Numenorians and argue they're roughly equal, as long as you're not letting a Noldor be anywhere near Feanor or the like, and you could probably make the dwarves and edain work okay for cheaper, but a Maiar is better than all of that unless they come with Istari-like restrictions.

You can increase it by purchasing 'Fire' Breath but I'm not going to say you can't increase it through some arbitrary OOC ability as they (Dragons) are apparently purely biological beings in HTTYD, so with a fully functional understanding of Dragon Biology, each species is very unique I'll note, you might be able to figure it out

Was about to sleep, but sure.

Let's see... an Heir is one who inherits, is protected by, and becomes their Aspect. While the Time aspect's associated with Time, Timelines, and Entropy.

Heir of Time: The obvious first thing that comes to mind is that they always have enough time, either by events lining up exactly right, or just by giving themselves more time by dilating or stopping time if they need to. Probably a lot of experiences like, they're about to miss a deadline, and then from nowhere get their deadline extended to give them enough time.

Probably be able to call up Time to rapidly age things or enemies, or slow people down to give themselves more time.

They'd also be protected by causality itself. That could just be chance working in their favor, or at high levels they might cause every alternate timeline in which they are harmed to become Doomed.

Not sure how becoming Time would work. Perhaps you'd transcend timelines in some way, like existing in all of them? Or being able to move through time much more easily? Or maybe just being a walking incarnation of entropy?

This on top of the standard time travel abilities (and time janitor duties) of course.

Dragon (the AI) and Jessica Yamada (a therapist) are probably your best bets.

Hannah/Miss Militia is okay, and Dragon is okay but spoken for. Everyone else sucks.

If you're looking for Husbandos, Aegis and Gallant are both good, and Weld is okay if you don't mind the inhuman form, but everyone else sucks. Maybe when they blew up Gero's lab they got Cell as well. Maybe Imperfect Cell is still out there trying to hunt them, but since he can't sense their Ki he's just having a really hard time finding them.

Or maybe something else happened in that timeline to stop Cell, maybe he ran into Trunks, got killed, then the Androids showed up and killed Trunks. Who knows?
>>
>>51669881
If the extra vignette from Kai is any indication, Cell was apparently just hanging out somewhere in Trunks' dimension while the androids were just going to town, destroying the shit out of everything without a care in the world.

Maybe that's the case here. Maybe he's just kinda hanging back and taking his sweet ass time.

Predator Question
does the scenario handicaps you take end once you complete the scenario and leave the planet? The Merely Mortal, Locked Warehouse, etc?

The Vial of Yuat'Ja Blood, if you are a Predator, your blood has similar effects on humans, right? The only difference is the CP version is fiat backed and works on anyone/anything, and never hits a point of diminishing returns (Because unless the Predators are biologically immortal, I doubt their blood can sustain a human forever; sooner or later, you hit a wall of diminishing returns)

Unless there's been an update I missed, Tropico doesn't quite do that, instead just putting a look-a-like copy in each world you visit. It's not actually yours.

I suppose that makes sense.

The actual DB Multiverse webcomic explains that Cell died before he was fully grown in Universe 14, but the jump's canon seems to be slightly different in a few areas from the comic's canon.

... So how strong would you wager I'd get by going in as a Bio-Android in Universe and eating 17, 18, Cell if he's still alive, and 16? Plus 13, 14, and 15 by making their movie canon with Super Multiverse?
>>
>>51669973
I don't see how those are meaningfully different. All of the "property that follows you" things also blend into the local world's history. It's essentially the same thing.
>>
>>51669982
You would probably be stronger than Super Perfect Cell. However, there is one slight problem. You start off at DBZ start Goku levels, and must work your way up from there. So fighting the Androids is going to be a bitch. Also, the boost doesn't stack. So if you take the perk that makes you as strong as Ultimate Gohan, then the boost you'd get from absorbing the androids would be the same amount as if you'd normally absorbed them, which would be relatively small.
>>
>>51669973
>instead just putting a look-a-like copy in each world you visit. It's not actually yours.
People count that. Most stuff that is not attached to your warehouse is a clone and paste into new jumps. Like your businesses. No one is assuming when it follows you to a later jump the previous jump has a crater where the business used to be. So when your jumping days ends there is a Tropico in all of them since you got it, and a Daily Jumper, etc etc.

Point. I planned on taking AF before Multiverse just so I could get gud at using Ki beforehand, but if the boost ultimately wouldn't be worth it if I'm already strong enough to kill Perfect Cell then I guess a change of plans might be in order.

Other than Harry Potter, are there any scenarios where your reward is/can be a Wife Companion?

... how often does the chicken of doom attack you?

Because it says "constantly", but then says "each encounter", and I'm wondering if there's like a reprieve period here or if it just respawns instantly on top of me, or what am I in for here.
>>
>>51670007
Upgrades made in one jump won't be carried over to another jump if it doesn't follow you and is instead just a new island each jump.
>>
>>51670066
Hmm...there is another idea, though. Val confirmed before that Cell Androids could perform the Super Saiyan God ritual, and that they could also create Cell Jr. like creatures, who could be used for said ritual. If you absorb the Androids, that would boost you to Perfect form, allowing you to spawn the Cell Jr.s, and thus able to perform the ritual. That would require the Super drawback, though.
>>
>>51670093
Pretty sure that's how it works for the others, too. Even if it isn't, who the fuck cares about that? Get it right the first time.
>>
>>51670007
>>51670032
Yeah, but they're still your businesses, you still own them. Tropico specifically says "It isn't ruled by you".

That would work splendidly. It saves me the trouble of having to buy Apotheosis in Z.

Heck, I can skip making Cell Juniors because I already have companions who are Super Saiyans.
>>
>>51670088
Shit, I can't believe I didn't catch that. You're looking at a couple episodes a month. It's largely an annoyance drawback and isn't meant to be life threatening unless you go full retard. Like said, just expect to have to deal with it every so often. You won't ever fully kill it.

If you've ever seen the old Peter Sellers Pink Panther movies, it'd like Cato. Only instead of being a asian guy, it's a fire breathing egg shooting chicken with questionable competence but dubious intent.

>does the scenario handicaps you take end once you complete the scenario and leave the planet? The Merely Mortal, Locked Warehouse, etc?
The drawbacks within the scenario (Merely Mortal, can't open warehouse, No Weapon, Infighting, Minefield, Additional Hunters etc.) end once you get to the end of the scenario.

The drawbacks from the standard drawbacks section persist for the whole jump, like normal. This includes An Honorable Hunter, which you need to take the scenario.

>Predator Blood
Yes, the blood of your Predator alt-form can extend the lives of humans.
We don't see the limit of how much longer Predator blood can actually keep a human alive, but it's a fairly long time (if I recall correctly, it kept a samurai alive into modern times, though not in 'eternal youth'). So where you get diminishing returns you'd have to fanwank, and yes the cp bought vial of yaut'ja blood would be free of that.

>>51669903
Cool Beans. Also another flying island could be the afterlife you get in that one jump... crap forgot it's name.

Anyway updates.

Dragons come now in companion and non-companion types. More items. Warrior tree done.

How does it look?
>>
>>51669982
You can't absorb fully mechanical androids. It's why Cell destroys 16 instead of absorbing him.

>>51670025
It's possible to just do what Cell does and wipe out some cities to become strong enough to fight them.
>>

Shit you're right.

Back to the drawing board. Becoming a Majin might be a better deal then.

Am I the only one who is reminded of Family Guy by that drawback? I don't know why but I kind of hope it's like that.

>"It isn't ruled by you"
So fucking what? that is totally irrelevant to what anon was going for.
>>
>>51670236
You could take the Android plans, start in one of the universes that gives you lots of time (two can let you start 5 million years earlier with the early start 0pt drawback) and make heaps of blank androids to absorb.
>>
>>51670266

Which jumps do that?
>>
>>51670175
Looks good. Warrior tree is fitting. Dragon pet get!

Wait. How smart are the non-companion dragons?

I've gotta finish both of those at some point if I ever wanna actually go to Infernals. Sigh.
