And they're still shit - not just in terms of aesthetic appeal, but even in terms of meaning that isn't obfuscated or so many degrees removed from reality that a preserved dead shark just appears to be a fucking preserved dead shark. I'm fine with the early abstract stuff, fine with surrealism, fine with dada, even - but the kind of stuff shat out by the monster conceptualism has grown into makes me yearn for shitty DA fanart instead.

I'm working with Loomis, slowly. The sad thing is the examples I am posting here are the *good* drawings.... you really don't want to see the bad ones. I am kind of comfortable being a shit at drawing, but I also really want to create an animatic movie because I have found that writing is inadequate to describe some of the things I want to describe.

Honestly I just feel like I am incapable of drawing shapes properly. I make armature, musculature, and try to give my figures volume, but I always fuck it up when it comes to teh actual shapes.
