Rules are not just about math, it's about creating an experience. You want excitement and suspense in there along with balance.
And writing lore has to be logically consistent with itself and the setting and well researched, which I'd say is the int part, while getting the feel of the setting and hitting the right notes to provoke the emotional response and writing believable characters needs wisdom.

Every recognized genius has absolutely lived their craft. I dare you to find a single note-worthy individual of any discipline that hasn't made that discipline a way of life for themselves. You will not find a single example of a prodigy, Great, or other note-worthy person who one day lackadaisically fell assbackwards into prominence while scoffing at how easy it was to immediately be successful at what they did.

That's an example of high Int and low Wis for obvious reasons, someone who looks too far ahead (despite warnings and in more than one ocassion) that becomes unable to see what's in front of them.

Conversely, an example of extremely high wisdom but low intelligence would be like this guy who basically adviced not to let the trojan horse into the gates, and he even poked the horse a few times, but when asked why he could only point as his own suspiciousness (therefore nobody paid attention to him), and you all know what happened next.
