How would you stat draphs in your system of choice?
Would you ever let someone play a female draph?

I never considered it until I saw your pic and realized it would be inviting pure cancer.
I don't even know what a draph is.

It's a dwarf-equivalent in some Japanese fantasy game series IIRC. The species is supposed to be vaguely bovine, in practice they:
>have horns
>age quickly
>have ridiculous sexual dimorphism: females are all massively exaggerated shortstacks, males are huge buff muscleguys

This a bit of a problem because Granblue treats the races as more or less equal. Yes, male Draphs are big and bulky and their women are short and curvy but there is no emphasis put on differentiating them from humans. It's not like in some western fantasy where you have to fawn over how elves are tied to nature and mysterious and long-lived and what not or how dwarves are stout and rowdy and love gold. It's mostly visual aesthetic, at least from what I have seen.
So I would just probably play it without much care nor consideration and be happy with my shortstacks.

>age quickly
Not going by that pic they don't.

Well, you'd probably have to split the sexes like subraces due to the massive dimorphism.
I'd allow it.Half of my group would cause more trouble trying to ERP as the males anyways.

Japan is weird about their dwarves.

Japan is weird about everything.
Are these things actually a valid/well written race?
Anyone got anything interesting with sexual dimorphism otherwise?

Draph is clearly just Engrish for "dwarf."
This is like those "Arucard" faggots all over again.

>trying to ERP as the males
Gay.

I'd heard that they were originally created to be an artificial slave race, which is why they're so sexually dimorphic: the men were sent out to perform manual labor and the women were kept in town to handle the "softer" tasks and bear children to provide more slaves.

But dwarf is already english for dvergr???
>>51624337
draph/doraf isn't engrish for dwarf
>>51624337
I thought Draph was Engrish for draft like a draft horse since the Draph are a slave race.
