I shapeshift frequently, never appearing as the same person twice to anyone but my most trusted allies. With this build I have all powers, although each power will be crippled in some way because of skitter mode.

My main plan with this endbringer form will be to travel to any realm containing someone with a nemesis build and then battle then, testing my new endbringer form to its very limits.

I am not doing this to spite people who do nemesis builds, but to explain it in a simply way, nemesis cyoa is one of the few cyoas where practically every build will be of a high level power from the get go, I wont feel guilty about going on a endbringer rampage against someone who can actually take me on a fair fight.

I will not kill anyone if can help, maybe it will be a little hard to cool off the endbringer roid rage, but in most cases if I win I will simply leave, If I lose I will use power manipulation to give my opponent a decent middle level power or ability as a reward for a decent fight, I not looking to spite anyone, I just want to test the power of my endbringer form against the very best the multiverse can offer.

To keep things fair Kaleidoscope will be used only for easy travel between dimensions, otherwise it will be turned off at all times, same for power manipulation and inspired inventor. I wont use emperor of man to mind control anyone, but I will leave it "online" simply to protect me against mind control attacks.

Yeah, there's terrible things that can still befall me, and given the ageless facet of being an Artifex, odds are pretty good they will eventually, but the whole point of reincarnation opportunities is that we can take higher risks, have a fantastic, adventurous life, and when it's over, laugh it off as we fade and come back with a new face, just like waking up on any other day.

Besides, the longer I last, the more little tricks and trinkets I'll have amassed to see me through the day when my Titles and the gifts that they're tied to won't cut it alone.

All across the world, adorable little creatures begin appearing soon after the Shards begin forming and the world begins to fall apart. They seem to guide civilians away from dangerous places, offer little gestures and acts of kindness wherever they go. They bring people together that might never have met otherwise, and in doing so make unexpected alliances possible. The phrase "A little bird told me" becomes much more prevalent as the literal words start to come with less a sly smirk and more a whisper of invocation.

Deep in the earth, I grow. A living organism across continental shelves and borders. One core in each of the Americas, one in the middle of Asia, one in Africa. The last is carefully protected and escorted from the surface; a chance to continue should all else fail, deposited safely in the oort cloud for now.

As the conflict progresses further, the little birds make offers, call friends, seem to fly in flocks for safety and to provide safety to others in what ways they can. The Swarm grows in influence despite the impending doom, inspiring hope and desperately trying to put all the pieces in place before the last conflicts make the Endbringer name true.

With the end near, the flocks come in strange shapes and sizes, each for different functions. Some crawl along power lines, repairing and ensuring communications and reconnecting emergency services, though larger versions take their place, ferrying injured and displaced people to safety. Some attack and lacerate monsters crafted by other endbringers.

I've made a couple small (6 page) text PDF CYOAs in the distant past which gained moderate interest in its time, but how are PDFs received in contemporary CYOAG? I have the creative spark and wish to create a new (dark fantasy) setting.

Do people want something <10 pages? I could probably write and write lore for days, but I figure people want brevity so I'd try to include most lore in choices (small histories about items and companions and such is the current plan) with a minimal reference sheet at the end.

My main concern is that CYOAG has evolved over the years and simple text CYOAs are discarded for image CYOAs, a medium that has witnessed gradual average visual improvement.

Are there any PDF authors here who care to give advice?

Titles can be something like "The Serpentine Bride and The Usurper of Souls," titles that will really instill fear and respect. The Grimoire and Rites of Flesh Union/Echo Bestowal all serve my power. Not only are my magical capabilities increased, I can absorb would-be threats and turn their danger into my advantage, gaining their power, knowledge, and anything else I deem useful. Echo Bestowal may be useful for creating thralls that are not only loyal, but capable, and perhaps can be given duties I don't have time for myself. Rite of Worldstepping will be useful for nurturing the eggs, especially if these worlds offer many places of power for them to nest. While the torc is a small price to pay, I would make it something innocuous, a pretty necklace among heaps of jewelry, to help keep its true purpose hidden.

With stealth and EVA capabilities built into comfy synthskin, I can climb, crawl, and hack my way into anywhere I like. Honestly for me it would be. I mean, I wouldn't try and claim myself as human after becoming an invincible killing machine that kills not out of necessity but out of a mad desire to do so. I don't like the idea of not being human. I want to be immortal, sure, but I still want to be able to have values similar to ones I do now, and I couldn't kill others out of a compulsive enjoyment of it and keep myself from growing callous to it. It's a very easy step to disassociating yourself from humanity, which would prevent you, in some way, from really connecting to it.

I'd make the best of it, try to become some government executioner of death row criminals after explaining that I literally cannot be stopped but would prefer not to wipe out more people than necessary, and use the money I'd bargain for to live a comfortable NEET lifestyle until I figured out what else to do.

I love this CYOA and specially its companions.
I noticed it doesn't tell you how many disorders you can choose - is that intentional? If in real life you have more than one of those disorders, it seems fair (using quite a bit of Sartre CYOA rules) that you could pick more than one, maybe one per category.
Also, in the companion section - do you need to fit both their requirements or only one of them?

Admittedly though, from my personal viewpoint, people can lose humanity, and the right to be treated like a human being. It's a brief thing, and more to do with how I'd handle the idea of someone trying to kill me or someone I love for their own amusement, than how I'd judge people as deserving to live or not, but in my own views, the part of me that would enjoy killing due to the fiend's side effect, would indeed not be something I could see as deserving of humanity.

Kinda, yeah. I mean, the Devourer kills people to live, it's kind of a monster, but at the same time, WE kill things to live. It's a bit messed up because now we're dealing with sentience and beings a bit too similar to ourselves, but it still has this kind of "eh, circle of life I guess" kinda vibe to it that makes it difficult to take any particular moral high ground.

Like, if I had taken the Devourer as a waifu in the alien waifu cyoa, I would feel that her killing people is a bad thing, but I wouldn't really see her as a bad person. Necessity kind of trumps that, and while not enjoying it is important, hating yourself over it doesn't really feel like a good idea either.

The problem is the only necessity the fiend has is overriding desire, which isn't necessity at all, so it feels vastly more wrong.

WoW's not worth it anyway. All it has going for it that I like is a huge mass of content. You're better off playing a shorter, higher-quality, free MMO like TERA. If you finish an MMO like that, then consider WoW. The old content isn't very pretty & has sense been majorly imbalanced & designed to be rushed through so you can get to new, paid content. Also, the new Demon Hunter class plays more like something out of TERA than classic WoW. Just make sure you'd need what WoW has to offer & exhaust an alternative or two before picking it up.

Yeah, it is bad for me to lose my wallet, and to keep someone else's wallet is something I would see as bad for me to do. If someone was desperate though and kept my wallet, and I later found out about their desperation, I'd probably be less mad than if they had simply decided to keep it just cuz they could.
