What games are out there that either let you play as robots or the main feature is playing as robots? It can be either sci-fi, cyberpunk, or fantasy. Or perhaps conversions to play as robots in various games that don't normally have robots? I just want muh robo action.
Savage worlds, specifically the slipstream setting.
Also M&M since you can make nearly anything you want as a character with the right powers.

FFG Star Wars does it pretty well. Also, droids are nice because the films give you a good amount of reference material for how a droid should look and act.
The Dungeon World hack Adventures on Dungeon Planet has The Engine of Destruction playbook for playing as a robot. There's also a decent number of Golem playbooks for DW that you can find.

What's this game about, a basic summary of it?
Just saw this robot post, carrying this over from the thread last night about Loader Bot. Are there any games where we can make it possible to play as something like Loader Bot? Also, like that post asked, can we make a playable Loader Bot for 5e (because fuckin robots)?

Fantasy Crafy has a golem/clockwork robot race you can play as. Options include stuff like hovering over the ground, and six arms for killing folks faster.
>Benefit: You may simultaneously hold and arm up to six 1-
>handed, four 1-handed and one 2-handed, or two 1-handed and
>two 2-handed weapons or objects. Also, each round that you hold
>no more than this, you may Handle an Item as a free action. You
>also gain a +1 bonus with skill checks made as part of a Grapple
>action per two of your hands that are free (maximum +3).

Imagine the first half of WALL-E, but in the setting of But Who Can Replace a Man. In short, all the players are robots (the largest are not much larger than a human) who were designed for whatever job, but something happened and now all the human are gone, which causes problems because it turns out their society wasn't 100% automated and in their absence things are starting to break down, including you.
