Here's the thing. Female space marines by geneseed is not possible. Since the very beginning, Rogue Trader itself, the "space marine process" required male chromosomes. From what I've heard, in the newer Black Library lel stuff, Emps tried to make female space marines via a special geneseed process, against the caution of Malcador, and the results were really fucked up. But the latter source was given here on 4chan and I have no way to confirm it, since I don't read Black Library.

Anyways, female "space marines" (not by geneseed) are possible. Some space marines have been made by another process, involving surgery, implants, lots of drugs, and psycho-conditioning, to the same effect. It costs shit tons more to do, involves even more risks, but the end result is the same. One such marine, with a bit of chaos mojo (but no mutations), even fought a primarch to a standstill.

This really expensive process still exists in M41. Space marines don't really need over-aged recruits anymore, so they don't do it often (or at all, maybe), but other factions do. One faction in particular even improved on it, specialized it, and its every member can shit on a marine in single combat. They even use male and female recruits, whomever proves the most capable.

Pic related is the end result. This is what a female space marine would look like. If the Imperium found reason, they could produce a thousand such individuals and throw them in power armor, but such costs so much more (in resources and time) than the usual geneseed process that there is absolutely no reason to.

And if the genes responsible for most of the work are Y-chromosome specific, as is implied by Emps and the Imperium being unable to do just that? Considering you have Sororitas, Assassins can be either sex theoretically (with Callidus having more women because polymorphine works better with women because reasons), and the fact that Tau, and both flavors of eldar are pretty equal opportunity. Hells, there's even nothing stopping you from fielding female IG if you wanted and that wouldn't break lore. Or Necrons for that matter, but sex doesn't really matter when most of your race is a bunch of soulless, mindless automatons. But yeah, if you wanna field a phaeron with "feminine" traits, go ahead.

Thus, your options for female loyalist super soldiers are the assassins who can take out a dozen normal marines with ease, or going traitor and using all sorts of tech heresy and chaos booms to justify ladies in power armor.

What you won't get is a legion of female marines popping out of the warp, or some ad mech just inventing a way to make female ULTRAMARINES.
