How easy is Pendragon to homebrew into a different setting?

Not too difficult, really. A great example is David Dunham's Pendragon Pass which adapts the rules to allow for a game set in Glorantha.
What setting would you like to use? Pendragon is kind of different as a DM, because you need detailed history in addition to the basic sandbox. This works fine in expansive settings with lots of history but might be hard to pull off with a homebrew.
