Pretty much the same ones. The game holds up surprisingly well over time. I mean, you could add some topical cards to fit today's politics, and maybe radical islam replaces communism, but mostly I'd just leave it as is. Adding topical stuff just ensures that the game will be dated in the not-too-distant-future.

Maybe some internet era cards. But didn't NWO do that alreday?
