By the time star-born black holes evaporate due Hawking's radiation, the last star will be long dead, all protons in the universe will have decayed into nothingness (there won't be normal matter anymore), and black holes will be the last lonely recognisable objects in billions or trillions of light-years. Super massive ones will take even longer.
