As someone who has never played on a minecraft server, but am interested in joining in on this, can I get some ideas on how this works?

We would need a central teleportation area though to make easier to access everyone's kingdom/Country. I lived on the Far Western half of the world in a giant mansion pretty much by myself till someone built a teleport for me to leave and people to visit

Everyone spawns in one area (dont worry there is no pvp enabled for the first three days) and will run off to go and build a base somewhere. There is plugins that enable you to make a town in order to protect what you build and lots of other neat things. After three days time pvp will be enabled and wars may result. It is the lowly bug that sticks to its own kin, afraid of naught but the slightest trip from their nests, so quickly to love their fellow ant and hate the beetles nearby, simply because they are different. There is only one way to discriminate between beings, Power, and the will to use it. Cities and castles are like pits of filth, where the weak huddle together in their fear and piss. The strong and free could only ever want to live in a place like the dark and brutal forest. The only leader the Wildmen can accept is one whose power and will is the greatest among them. There would be two classes to the Wildmen, Barbarian and Druid. There could be different clans of wildmen, their clan being a type of tree.

Barbarian would be the raiders, the warriors who go about the world, looting, raping and destroying. Whenever they successfully ransack a settlement, they must break some of the structure, use bone meal on cut grass, and plant a shit ton of their Clan Trees to show who did it. Barbarians should make any of their own weapons or food, just use what they steal, or what the druids give them.

The druids would be for the builders, the articifers and farmers. They would build and keep the earthen fortresses that the barbarians return to, make weapons and potions to strengthen their clans warriors. All the structure the druids make must be built in tune with the natural landscape.
