Why must we be so divisive?

Slaaneshi Cultists compete with a Dark Eldar jetbike gang compete against an Ork speed freek clan. Cultists are cannon fodder but have Noise Marines for elites, making them more balanced, DE have elite units but fewer of them, and Orks have cheap numbers on their side but die a lot.
