the Empire from Strike Legion comes to mind
also the machine civ from the Hyperion cantos could smash most other scifi settings

I would say Supreme Commander or it's predecessor Total Annihilation you give them just one day and they would have enough fortifications to put Kreig to shame; as for super soldiers however i think it's open to debate.
