Very little. As OP you should always post something involving actual content rather than a link people will just ignore, but the link doesn't help much anyway. I'm all for an African inspired fantasy game, but it doesn't tell me anything of what the game is or why it's significant beyond it having an unusual setting, which isn't nearly enough to make it worth my time on its own.

I love the idea of diverse games, drawing from many different cultures and mythologies which aren't usually explored.

But you know what I need it to be first and foremost? A good fucking game. If your entire pitch is 'Look how diverse and progressive we are!', I really doubt your ability to actually make a worthwhile game.

And every shitty game which brands itself as 'Progressive' just hurts things overall, because it reinforces the idea that people won't buy things which aren't the generic white eurofantasy shit or whatever.

I just... Fuck. Focus on making a good game first. Add diversity or whatever the fuck afterwards.

Maybe if they led with something about the fun mechanics instead of trying to make me read an African thesaurus of irrelevant legends
