Mick Foley is cute
The Professor. He gets shot in the leg when we need to escape and not get eaten but he's always the utmost diplomat for our group.

The wizard. He's too soft-spoken to override the two hotheads arguing strategy, is the only one that has responsibility shunted off to him when the leader is out, and has gotten the tar beat out of him during several pvp spars, to the point of wanting to learn how to martial to defend himself better and also causing him to fear the ranger's uber-saves.

It's me. The GM.
And it's a very intentional choice, because unless I play this role, my players will tear each other's throats out and just argue with each other until somebody gets too pissed off and leaves. So I get to play the ineffectual bad guy on like, three seperate levels of reality at once. It's not so bad.
In terms of in-character punching bags, the party collected an NPC who folds very easily under pressure, but is also very good at making magic items who they tend to bully into doing things for them.
Me for sure. So far in every encounter we've been in I get downed then hop right back up and charge into battle like nothing happened.
