GW has been trying to get rid of slaanesh since their primary target demongraphic changed from adults to 10 year olds who can rob mommy and daddy of moneis.

What do you mean? It didn't work in Fantasy either. Apparently a third Warp Gate that had no reason to exist was discovered in a random place that made no sense and merged the Realm Of Chaos with reality.

Basically a second Eye Of Terror forms on Terra because of the Golden Throne failing and Chaos tampering with it. Merges Warp with Materium. But the Throne failing resurrects the Emperor who draws the most popular characters in 40k into a single faction to restart life in a new plane of reality that's actually just the old one but all blown apart and the Warpstuff having for some reason become matter throughout.

I mean in comparison to the other top-tier melee people, and those stats are table stats, meaning after weapons and armour etc. S5 ain't all that, though I agree maybe could knock the toughness down to 4. But then, rocket snipers? This is meant to be a god, after all.
