I like the idea of most demons not really caring about the prime material plane they have conquered their world and they can breed people if they really needed them so the ones most people will meet are the esoteric weirdos of the devils

personality wise they are not flighty or frivolous they have motivation the sword queen may act as a patron god to vicious warriors or bladelocks out of love to the to the blade
