Post human monsters who feed on blood channeling the soul through it to empower their arcane implants. Only the most brutish of sorts actually bit and suck the blood out of their victims while the more refined and elegant have ranches of humans whom they milk for blood regularly keeping a mind to not kill them immediately to extend their source of blood.
