That and also remember to hide the inconvenient truths and drown people in over grown optimism, like if the enemy comes up with some sorta doomsday weapon, make sure to add some fliers that tell people how to survive a planet destroying weapon by constructing a small fallout shelter and/or by hiding under a school desk.

Helicopters everywhere in lieu of what most settings use airships for. They're an omnipresent object in the sky, watching the streets for dissidents and dropping endless swarms of faceless goons which embody the worst jarheadedness of the marines and professional football players.
