I'm sorry I have nothing to post but does anyone have the story of the three minor gods plotting to overthrow their main gods? I read it here about a year ago but like the fool I am, I forgot to save it.
Surprised no one's posted this yet.

So a few friends wanted to try D&D for the first time, and I volunteered to DM. It turned out to be the most memorable one-shot I've ever been a part of. All because of the truly amazing Fiber One.
>Everyone's coming up with characters, I'm helping them out
>One of the players doesn't really know what he's doing as far as what race/class he wants to be
>I read the out to him, says he likes the sound of a wizard, I leave him with the PHB and go help out the others
>When I get back to him he has a minmaxed gnome wizard that went through a bunch of different names, starting at "Lord Squiggledick IV" and ending with the final result of "Fiber One" with the backstory of being a prostitute who is extremely proficient in the use of his ass
>Didn't adequately explain how this related to the wizarding but whatever
>Throughout the game many of Fiber One's actions relate to him shitting or taking it in the butt
>Stores loot in his ass, claiming, "My rectum is like a suitcase"
>Meets the party by propositioning them to plow him in the ass
>Shtting is a frequent response to things
>He's actually really effective in-game when he's not shitting because minmaxed wizard
>At the end, they finish a good ol' dungeon crawl, I mention that a rift suddenly opens in the ground
>Fiber One: "I'll take a shit in it."
>His dump lands right on the Beholder that was on its way up
>The Beholder, blinded, surprised, and disgusted, flies around randomly and crashes into a wall, knocking itself out
>They leave before it has a chance to regain consciousness
>Fiber One goes on to continue his life of excessive anal pleasure

Actually, one of the old vampires weakness (among the many billions versions of vampires), is a compulsion to count things. Literally OCD in this case. If someone threw rice in front of them, they had to stop and count every single grain before they could concentrate on doing anything else.

>>51330937
here and in five minutes I've jotted this down boys
>Brutal Assault Ball Association
On the world of Ragegeddon the Battle Planet there is only war and violence. Barbarian clans rove the deserts and grasslands marauding humble villages. Vile kings hole up in their towers commanding dark knights to suppress the constant rioting in the streets. The rioters in the streets tearing honorable dark knights limb from limb in a savage fervor not seen since the druids and rangers used their own mastery of wildlife and nature to wage wars against each other for scarcely distinguishable chunks of forest in bloody critter combat.
However before the world could be torn asunder by its own denizens a coalition of sorcerers banded together in an effort to redirect all the violence and aggression from the planet into one massive cauldron dubbed the Vitriolic Convergence. Yet this was only the first step in a far grander plan, for atop this enchanted kitchenware a grand stadium would be built, and in this stadium a barbaric sport would be played that would become the world’s outlet for every act of aggression. Everything could now be settled in the colosseum from noble disputes to wars between the sand raiders and the forest druids. This is the Brutal Assault Ball Association or the BAx2 and you are one of the original sorcerers that formed the league. Assemble your team and use your magic to both coach and support them both on and off the field. For the glory and sake of Ragegeddon: PLAY BALL!
too close to the original, or pursue?

But, but, most bridges on military ships suffer from a severe lack of chairs (usually only the helmsman has one, if he's there; and the commander has his throne, meaning even the officer of the deck can't sit).
>>51340317
Look at how that bridge is designed, though, it's not a small place for the crew to come up to when there's something important to do, it's the kind of place meant for long-term Star Trek-style voyages. Which is what the story and most sci-fi ships are based off of, anyways.
On most naval vessels there'll be places to sit and rest elsewhere, and in a lot of cases that small bit of a bridge isn't the whole of a naval ship's workforce either.

>>51341736
>his complaint, unless he is blind himself, has no merit
This makes no sense. Are you saying you don't really care about blind people, but will pretend to care if you think you're talking to one?
Besides, while I'm not blind (and never pretended to be, unlike you), my reasons for preferring real text are much the same. You can do much more with text than you can with images of text. Formatting, searching, text-to-speech, etc.
And in any case I was responding to somebody who claimed, pretty forcefully, that "nobody cares" about screencaps vs pastebins. Blind people are just the most obvious counterexample to that.
>>51302119
I'm probably the most hetero gay man ever
>>51303198
I'm a closet homo so I'll be okay.
>>51343071
No, I really don't care, not beyond how they affect my life, as it's really only tangential at this point, (mother requires glasses for pretty much anything but reading), but the real issue is how many people on 4chan are going to put in the effort he wants? Who it's for doesn't matter, I doubt somebody here is going to type all these fucking stories up just so a TtS program can read it. Nobody is likely to do so in the future, unless their story ends up being the length of a book, which is not unheard of no but still very rare. I feel sympathy, of course, for those who are/have gone blind, unless it was literally out of stupidity on their own part.
>>51339698
I'm the one who capped it and I still manage to forget the tweest every now and then. In the thread it's the second post in the story, but I figured this way was more impactful.
(spoiler)It makes me cry both kinds of tears.(/spoiler)
>>51343487
Why on earth would anybody have to type them up? Just copy the text instead of making a screencap in the first place, which should be *easier*.

That's not AWFUL, especially for relatively fit people like military members are. I've had to do 8+ hour standing/moving days when I used to work retail. It sucks ass, but it's doable.

They are not.
FFG actually did a pretty good job with Slaaneshi corruption in their games. While you still could go full-on sexual marauder, there were a lot of other routes you could follow that still held true to the lore.

Maybe I could convince my GM to include these... My next/first game is in a FFG game, DH 2nd ed.

Long, but a good read

It's relatively new. I've seen it float around, have it saved now.

Never underestimate a Guardsman with a meltagun. I have one guy who has killed a Defiler, a Kytan Daemon Engine, two traitor Russes, and Belakor.
I now play him in a Dark Heresy campaign.

I love it. She sure showed her parents up. Like hell she'll never slay beasts and be a hero (dunno if she ever saved a princess, but w/e).RIP sweet mute o7

Lrn2spell
It never specified what kind of loot was stored in the ass, and I don't see what's so implausible about being blinded when anything, shit or not, gets in your eyes. Go be a whiny little bitch baby somewhere else. You're just jealous that you don't have any friends to have silly, stupid fun with. Either that, or you're some edgelord that won't settle for anything less than SUPER SERIOUS GRIMDARK GRITTY GAMES lol

The first 40k pic I ever saved. I know it well. Here you go, broseph.

Eh, sorry. I assumed everyone was being neckbeardy (and also that you were the guy he was replying to, should have tagged that post instead).
>>51368132
What is this, a screenshot for ants?
>>51373254
No problem, man. He mentioned them, so I figured I'd post them just to see if he'd REEEE.
>>51286402
These kind of stories are shit. The constant and unrelenting use of rule-mangling and outright house rules ruin any sense of accomplishment or excitement.

Hello, NASA? Can you use Voyager to keep an eye out for my sides?

At least it's not as bad as that guy who used nicotine patches on a girl who he slept with to condition her.
>>51376784
W-what. Do share
>>51376913
As far as I know that's a webcomic thing, not a greentext: http://i.imgur.com/6idjm.jpg
>>51376913
I don't have the story saved but in short Anon who just quit smoking gets a girl to sleep with him.
When she is asleep he puts nicotine patches on her, sets silent alarm early so he can remove them before she wakes.
They get together some more and every time he repeats the patches.
Girl mentions how she feels much better sleeping at his place instead of her place and she moves in at his place or they get an apartment together, I don't remember.
Now he moves on to only putting nicotine patches on her after they've had sex.
Now as with anything on the internet the story could have been bull but god damn if it didn't grind every fibre of my moral core.
>>51377290
That shares certain elements of the story but I distinctly reading this story on /tg/ in greentext format.
>>51377307
>>51377290
That sounds... insane. Genius, but insane.
>>51377307
Wow.
I'm actually not sure whether that's more pathetic or messed up.
>>51315747
yo!
>>51286291
Neat, I was looking for that one.

>if anything, it would be the opposite, with Sesame street referencing to one of the little known details.
That is exactly what happened, in fact.
>>51324001
Y'know, the whole "HILLARY IS ACTUALLY BAD" thing falls especially flat here, considering the vice president tried to make it a jailable offense for same-sex couples to apply for a marriage license and promoted conversion camps.
By the way, if your endgoal is "stop people from doing gay stuff", putting folks in jail is a really counterproductive way to go about that.
>>51341736
I give a fuck about blind people.
