You should go find him, save him. what scheme did you try to paint them? My first ever was an imperial fist i painted using some left over bits i bought on ebay, it was pretty bad, but at least I thinned.

Yup. 10 brothers, one of them a sergeant, one with a special weapons, and one with a heavy weapon. That's pretty much Codex-standard for tactical squads.
