That's a Mooncalf, not a half dragon, but a cool monster. It's hate for low altitudes and rooftops makes it hard to fit into a dungeon. But I liked the various curses that one of the 3.x Dragon Mags said it caused for the area miles around it.

We're assuming much about genetics, but given that fantasy disregards everything for plot convenience, a hybrid race would not spell pretty for the natural world, being that they would be long lived, broody and territorial, materialistic, and outrageously strong.
